It fits perfectly, is adjustable for size also. It is really comfortable to wear all day and definitely keeps my wig in place feeling very secure.

I have to wear a wig due to hair loss due to chemotherapy. When I bought my wig I was also sold a velvet hair band grip, with netting at the front and Velcro fastening at the back. I found it very lumpy and hot and it made my wig bulky at the back with four layers of Velcro and velvet. This Milano lace top grip is so thin and lightweight, with an adjustable silicone thin strap at the back is brilliant, you wouldn’t know you were wearing it. It holds my wig in place perfectly.

Much better than the much cheaper alternatives which have stretched out of shape quickly and are too bulky and visible. The lace at the front of this blends seamlessly with the lace wig and is totally invisible. This band is also very flat and impossible to detect which is great. It is the only wig band that I’ve used which does actually keep the wig in place and doesn’t slide back all day. It’s not cheap but it is effective and I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Slim, the right colours, comfortable as wearing a bra. No adhesive required and holds my wig in place. Worth it.

Love these headbands. The translucent strap is very discreet and just what I need. I bought two of them and much prefer these to the Velcro headbands.

Sorry but this really didn’t work for me , very light , but far too flimsy didn’t do the job and felt it was far too expensive for what it consisted of . Was very disappointed as I thought it was going to be amazing judging by the price . Also not really something you can return as you have to use it before you realise it’s not working .

I love, love, love it. I have been wearing wigs for the last three years and believe you me I have tried every product possible in the market and I have never been so comfortable wearing a wig with this Milano wig band. I really recommend this one with the string in the back. It is like wearing nothing at all. And your wig does not move. I have been out and about all day and I still have my wig on and I’m amazed. I really approve this product and will be buying many more.

Pleasantly surprised at how well this works. I have never been able to wear headbands (I think my head must be oddly shaped LOL). So I wasn't hopeful that this would stay on. It works amazing. The best part, I'm no longer tugging on my very sparce bio hair to hold on the topper. Works amazing!!!!

Wig wearers listen up. If you have tried other wig bands and wig caps only to have your wig slip again and again, well that’s over if you get this one. I have never had a wig band hold a wig like this one. It’s close to gluing one down without having to glue it. I have a small head so most wigs are large on me to begin with and this is the only band I’ve ever used where I felt like my wig wasn’t going to come off if I sneezed — it is a terrific product. Yes it’s a tad expensive but it’s worth it because it will last a long time. And please don’t be thrown off by the vinyl string on the back. It’s very comfortable and allows me to wear my glasses without feeling like something is trying to bore into the bone above my ear. Worth every penny.
