Works great!!
Bought these for me and my aunt. She's a US size 14 and I'm a 16. They fit not of us well. She has lymphodima and I had a knee replacement. We both needed for swelling. Using overnight took 10 pounds of fluid off of her and 7 from me. The provide a snug fit without being uncomfortable, love that they zip and they come up super high and didn't roll down. You may need a helper to zip up. She did, I didn't but she's elderly.

This is a high quality item.
Even though these were relatively inexpensive when compared with big name compression hose, they function perfectly, fit well and are true to 20-30 compression. Relatively easy to put on, the zipper has a fabric ribbon that protects your skin from zipper irritation. Because of the ribbon's potential to get caught in the zipper, pulling the zipper a little away from your skin as you close it prevents that from happening. Some may need a bit of help closing the zipper, I did until I learned the best way to do it alone I recommend this product without reservation!

Zip not a problem
I have long legs for my height (5'4") and weigh 185#. The thigh high XL has been a good purchase for me. I do not have any trouble zipping the legs as long as I hold both sides taut and away from the skin. They are removed easily as long as the zipper is held in place while unzipping. These hand wash and air dry well after every use. The material is thick but my one big toe has gone through the material when I wore heavy shoes. The tops have stayed in place well while I wear either shorts or pants that are "slippery". There is some slippping down with material bunching behind my knee but is easily removed with a gentle tup upward. I have had these for some months now and have just ordered another pair in the flesh color. Only wish is that they were open toed.

Not a great fit
I had really hoped these would fit me, since I have a lot of trouble getting regular compression stockings on. These are easy to put on, but that's where the benefit stops. I ordered the smallest size available, but still got lots of scrunching behind the knees, and they slid down whole walking even though they have the grippy dots. When I went to get fitted for a medical-grade pair, the specialist told me that those problems were caused by too-big stockings (there was no smaller size). I am also ~35 pounds overweight and wear size XL pants and underoos, so the fact that my legs were too skinny for size small was a surprise. They didn't help with POTS symptoms as much as the medical-grade. One sock, the zipper got stuck on the second day.

Be gentle.
These are great compression socks. If you haven't used zipper socks, take your time. You have to pull both sides of the unzippered part together, then zip. Make sure not to get any fabric caught in the zippered up part! It's not an easy task. I usually hold the two sides together and my wife pulls the zipper up. When the zipper reaches my hands, she holds the zipper in place, and the process repeats. When taking them off, you need to do the same process in reverse! If you're too aggressive, you will either get the zipper caught in the fabric or they will rip. I know this from first hand experience. The difference between non-zipper socks and the regular version are like night and day. The tight compression, reduced swelling and pain relief zippered socks provide are superior to that of non-zippered. This brand of zippered socks seems to be better quality and have better support than most of my 20+ pair

Doesn’t maintain tightness
I bought these hoping putting them on would be easier on my hands compared to the full-length hose. They worked fine for one use, and then they lost all compression. They became so loose they would fall down to my knees. The zipper makes it so you can’t pull them up higher in order to get a snugger fit. I do run on the small end of my size, so if you’re larger it may be less of an issue. If getting on thigh-highs is hard on your hands, I would recommend getting zipper-less thigh-highs and buying a donner instead.

Easy to put on but DON'T stay up
Before buying, I read a couple reviews that stated they did not stay up but there were good reviews also. The physical therapist found these on Amazon and said this is what my husband needed after his hip replacement. Unfortunately, he knew this is what was needed but not from this manufacturer. My husband tried one pair one night and another pair the next night. Each, only stayed up a couple of hours. The therapist measured my husband's leg so we know we got the correct size. So very disappointed. A waste of money and the loss of peace of mind that we were doing what was needed to help my husband recuperate.
