These are amazing, I have lots of rose bushes with lots of thorns and a monkey tree, I have no issue grabbing and pruning any of the branches. It's leather and doesn't like being wet, so if you do get it wet just lay it out nicely so it can dry before the next use, it's very warm in the cold months and not uncomfortable in the summer days either so a great all rounder for year round usage. This is my second pair after the first lasted about 8 years and can still be used for the dirty work of clearing flowerbeds.

These gardening gloves are so nice. I bought them for my husband. A friend of mine had them and said they protect the hands very well when pruning no thorns get through.

These gloves are very soft leather with a lovely warm lining, and provide good protection from thorns etc in your garden. They aren't waterproof so can get a bit wet after a while, but they are the best gardening gloves I have found to date.

A friend bought me a pair of these a few Christmases back, and it wasn't long before I'd bought another summer pair. I've given two pairs as gifts this Christmas. They are hard wearing and seem to last forever. I've washed mine a few times and even treat them to some leather cream. Great value for money when you think how long a cheap pair last.

Excellent gloves, comfortable to wear and very protective in the garden.

The product.description says that the gloves are made of deerskin, which I know is naturally water resistant, so I ordered a pair. They arrived yesterday, and the packaging informed me that the gloves are made of cow hide, not deer hide :( I have long fingers, so I ordered the "gent's" size. The finger length is perfect, but the palms and wrists are way big… and there's no means to tighten the cuff to prevent dirt or water from pouring in. Over all, I am more than disappointed. If they soak water like a sponge, I'll be sending them back.
