Exactly what I wanted. Sizing good

Ordered this to complete an outfit for a convention. Found the instructions to be clear and simple, even though I haven't made any clothing for a long time. The sizes are very generous.

Brilliant pattern to work from with clear step by step instructions and sectioned pieces. Easy for a beginner to follow as it takes you through everything from start to finish and suggests materials which are suitable to the pattern. I would suggest adding a trim to this to help the cloak stand out or use rustic colours for authenticity.

You need a awful lot of material, the instructions are very basic. But so impressed. This is for my son for Christmas who has autism and loves to dress up. He asked for the colours.

Used simplicity before, easy to adapt pattern for own design.

I bought this for my daughter as a beginners sewing project. She really likes the patterns and is making the hooded cape for re-enacting the american civil war.I can't comment on recommendation as she has'nt started the project yet.

I bought this for my wife she has been wanting to get back into sawing for some time. I know she wants to make a new cloak for herself and a friend and she loves this pattern.

I have bought this particular pattern a few times ocer the years and it never disappoints. The ability to mix and match hood and drape fashions are fantastic.

Came as advertised, good condition. Allows for different sizes. You can adjust the length based on the middle seam.No complaints.
