The service received for Amazon and Trade Evolution was fantastic! The unit I received was DOA, nothing. The box had been opened and even the included wire was undone from the twist tie. I had people out of town to help in install my solar system and naturally this was the last piece to install. I called Amazon and explained the situation. They put me on hold and called the supplier, Trade Evolution. When Amazon came back on the phone they said a new replacement would be sent out to me. No need to wait for the return to be received. With in minutes a received a notification that the item had been sent. In less then 2 days I revived it, and this was over the Veterans Day long weekend! I immediately went to my system to plug in the new unit. Strangely the plug would not go in all the way so I had to rewire with the new one. Once I did that it came to life! It has been working flawlessly! Very easy to set it up. I found setting it up with Bluetooth was the best way to go. Once that is done you can connect to your WiFi very easily. Being able to view your system online is amazing. I highly recommend the Cerbo!!

Great connectivity options and it ties the whole system together cleanly. Once it’s in place, everything feels more organized and easier to monitor. If you want visibility and control without guessing, this is the brain you want.

In my solar setup I use 7 victron mppt solar charge controller, and a smart shunt. So I have 8 VE-direct cables. Unfortunatly it only has 3 VE-direct busses, and 3 usb busses that can be used to feed data from any Victron VE-direct tail teller. This means I can not connect all charge controllers to it. Would have been great if Victron would have built in at least 10 VE-direct busses, or an optional VE-direct bridge to feed this thing with +6 data input from Victron tail tellers. It's ment for smaller solar setups for vessels and campers. Not for extensive large projects. After 6 weeks it was installed , the Cerbo started acting up by going off-line. I checked the inline fuse, it seemed to be ok. Plugged it back in, and it started working again. 3 hours later it went off-line again. Checked it again, and decided to remove the inline fuse, it's housing is crappy chinese quality. Since i removed it, the problem is solved

What can i say another great product that works flawlessly by Victron. Easy to setup and use

Works great tells me how much battery life I have and what I’m using. Have had it in my airstream for over a year now never any problems easy to install.

The function of passing device data up to VRM works great. The local graphical system display is a little primitive but does the job. What really set me back was that it does not use Bluetooth to communicate with SmartShunt, SmartSolar, or inverters with BT adapters. Those communications are done through legacy VE.direct. You need to purchase additional cables ($$$) and the rat’s nest of wiring it brings is crazy. In the case of my Phoenix inverter, I had to remove the BT dongle to make way for the Cerbo to plug in which means I can’t use VictronConnect on it. Sheesh! The only thing it uses BT for is configuring the WiFi settings of the Cerbo itself. Boo!

I've had one of these for a couple of months now and it works flawlessly except the Wi-Fi could be a little bit better... But to fix this I got a Wi-Fi extender and it works okay now.

Great system monitor to compliment my victron inverter at my off grid cabin. Hooked up to Starlink no problem.
