Valerian Dream Sleep Tea

Great tea, tastes good and great for relaxing.

Great sleeping aid , it has a strong smell and taste but it does the job. I’ve been using valerian root for a while now and it truly helps me with my sleep issues

The taste is grassy, but the vibes are sleepy 😴. Throw in a mint tea bag with it and it’s ok.

Very relaxing aromatic tea. Great for before bed. Quality tea bags.

Not sure yet, first time will keep you posted! So far I don’t like the smell first sips it hot lol but not bad. I will update this in a few days and let you know if you go nighty night.

Valerian root plus chamomile is a smooth and calming tea to be taken 30 minutes before your sleep schedule. It has a great taste and gives you a calming effect which helps in sleep cycle. The quantity is good enough to last for a month and the pricing is justified. Tea bag is amusing to look at and is non habit forming. Go for it for a calming nights sleep.

I think instead of making me calm it gives me adrenaline momentum 🤣 I have sleep problems but after taking it I don't want to sleep anymore and please add honey with this tea it will taste better

Product was good however my stomach had adverse reaction with valerian root tea. It causes lot of acidic buildup and had to take 5 day course of antibiotics to come out of it. People with weak stomach need to be careful about while using valerian root tea
