Love this faucet so handy with the sprayer would buy again

I was so impressed to have received an additional email with a bit more intense instructions with pictures included after the purchase! It was so nice to be able to see color pictures on exactly how to hook up the hoses, and clarification of the steps! The set up is simple- but being a visual person, I was happy that they sent that as it was helpful and appreciated!If I had anything at all negative to say- it would only be that the water pressure is not high. Its not slow but it does not come out and fill the tub fast. The style of the waterfall head still allows for a nice flow but If you are looking for high, high pressure this is not your faucet. I love the look, and the handheld water feature comes in very handy for washing your back, alone if you want to wash your hair, or even to give the dogs a bath. I really didn't realize I would use it has much as I do.This Tub faucet is beautiful and gives my bathroom just the look I was wanting in the matte black and sleek look. The quality is nice and it is a great value for the money!Look no further- from the look of faucet, to the seller, to the quality- this is a great buy! I am very happy with my purchase- and thank you so much to the seller for going above and beyond with out even asking for it!

They look great and very convenient for the handheld shower, the reason the four star is because is a little complicate the installation of the hoses but everting else is really good.

Love the look, power and quality

We order this as our old one started to leak and have other issues it was almost 26 years old. We were a little hesitant to purchase after some negative reviews saying they had issues with it leaking and Amazon stating it was a highly returned item. We went for it and are so happy we did. So far we haven't had any leaks or other issues but it has only been installed for 3 days. Also, the seller emailed us installation instructions which was greatly appreciated and it was also delivered quickly. So far it was a very nice upgrade from our old faucet.

This is exactly what I was looking for. This was easy to install. I did have to buy new fittings for my water line because my old faucet was a different size. Other than that I had no other problems. It looks and works beautifully. There is some splashing on high until there is about 1/2in of water in the tub but it’s not bad. I would definitely buy it again. I have only had it in for about a week now so can’t give an honest review on anything else about it.

It doesn't work, when changing the mixer tap it throws water from both sides, there is no fix for this. I can't return it because it's in Mexico, but it's a serious problem.
