Decent quality bike for a good price. But: 1/ it took more than an hour to assemble 2/ not suitable if you are taller than 185 cm

I am very happy with this purchase. I find the product of excellent quality and at a fair affordable price. I contacted customer support for some minor issues met during the first use and their answer helped fix the noise coming from one pedal. The kindness and fast response received is outstanding and made me happier with this experience. Now, several months after my purchase, I am using the bike on daily basis with no issue at all and the adjustable resistance on the pedal is giving me the training session I have been looking for.

The bike arrived defected as it produced a loud friction noise when operated, as if the spin wheel is obstructed with the frame. Luckily i have bought it with the Amazon assembly package where when the assembly staff could not get it to work properly, they asked me to return it, which i did.
