Easy fit replacement - works as it should

Bought this to replace a leaking inlet valve on our Beko DWD5411Wbwhich had been filling with water and flooding the kitchen floor. Quite a simple repair. Empty the dishwasher and run the start of a cycle to pump out any residual water. Disconnect the power and water. Rurn the mackine on its side and remove the bottom metal plate (4 star head screws) take of the internal water pipe (you will need a pair of pliers to remove the spring clip on the pipe). Remove the grub screw locking the inlet valve in in place.. Turn the inlet valve through 180 degrees and remove. Fit the new valve by following the process in reverse water and reconnect the dishwasher to water and powe and run a quick test cycle to check all is working. Took about 30 mins in total and now working as new. If you can change a plug you can do this and if you need it there are loads of -'how to' guides on u tube.

Fits dishwasher perfectly and only took 10 minutes to fit. Cured the problem of water filling up when off and no water getting in when on. Dishwasher now working perfectly.

As stated it was a direct replacement for the original and fitted perfectly, had no difficulty removing the old one or fitting the new one but did need a new jubilee clip for the pipe connection, but be aware of the sharp edges of the surrounding steel panels they can very easily give you a nasty cut, I suggest use work gloves.

This was a perfect replacement for my BEKO DWD5412 dishwasher. My machine was slowly filling with clean water between cycles due the the valve not shutting off the supply correctly. Had to drop machine on its side to remove entire base plate to get to the valve, but the replacement fit in as it should and lined up correctly. So far so good. No more slow fill. If this changes or fails, I will be sure to update.

Replaced my old one which was leaked water in machine causing machine bro STP working as flooding. This is similar part although outlet at different angle.at first thought outlet was too snal but actually fitted well .tip check/mark electronic contacts before fitting as with different angle not possible to see contacts when fitted so won't know which to connect to
