Amazing scent. Its not true sandalwood not even close to sandalwood, but if you have tried their shaving soap/cream and you like it then i can assure you that this cologne smells exactly like it. I personally love it but i knew before hand that its not sandalwood even if they try to sell it as such.

Possibly a 'marmite' product - you may like it, but you may not, we didn't!
If you are thinking of purchasing this product I would strongly advise seeking it out in a shop in order to sample the smell before you buy. If you don't like it it will be an expensive mistake. It certainly doesn't smell of sandalwood. I bought this cologne as a gift for someone who I knew was fond of sandalwood fragrance (Crabtree and Evelyn's 'Indian Sandalwood' for example, which is no longer available - why? It's fabulous). I thought it reasonable to expect that 'New Sandalwood' would have at least a hint of sandalwood aroma, but it does not. Sadly it is disappointingly penetrating and in our household the vote was that it has a rather unpleasant aroma. Others may have a different opinion, try before you buy.

It's one of the few colognes that truly smells like sandalwood

Sehr modernes, frisches Cologne. Super für den täglichen Gebrauch. Im Gegensatz zu meinem Vorezensenten hält es bei mir locker 8 Stunden, bleibt aber dabei natürlich sehr körpernah, wie das eben bei einem Cologne auch sein soll.

Riecht gut, Duft verfliegt aber sofort wieder. Ich habe nach 5 Minuten nichts mehr gerochen. Dafür recht teuer... Auch als Cologne verfliegt der Duft zu schnell
