Multiple purchases should give a recommendation? A healthy energy drink

Absolutely delicious - so nice to find a drink that isn't loaded with sugar .. was just reading about how important Magnesium is and the lack of it in modern diets - will definitely be buying more!

Can't say I am someone that would jump at sparkling water given the sharpness that it tends to have but I've tried various health drinks like this with magnesium ones being particularly helpful, I also appreciate something that doesn't have an overly long list of ingredients. Its also the first I've personally seen that uses multiple magnesium varieties but can't say I care about the variety too much. Admittedly the flavour you get is more of a suggestion on top of the natural strength sparkling water has but assuming you would get this because you are fine with a latter its not a bad taste. Interestingly the description images suggest that this one in particular would have had L-Theanine too with other flavour options also having their own additional thing though I would not be able to tell you why that's no longer the case. Aside from that the pricing seems alright as its about £2 a can and around the same in terms of value as some similar health drinks so it really is a case of whether you prefer sparkling water as compared to the soft drink nature most others have.

This sparkling water drink is really nice, and flavoured with raspberry and lemon balm, without the addition of sugar or sweeteners. I taste the raspberry and not so much the lemon balm, but it is really nice and refreshing. I normally take magnesium in the evening, and have drank one of these in place of it, and it is a great substitute. I really like how the drink has magnesium in 3 different forms, so get get the benefits of each. It is is also useful for me to be able to hydrate and take my magnesium simultaneously.

A little different from what I'd normally go for but these are really nice. A subtle flavour but taste quite nice but wouldn't say I could tell it was raspberry or lemon. We did try it with some flavoured vodka and it worked really well. The magnesium itself is something I use as a pillow spray to go to sleep at night and it seems it works really well at making me go to sleep. Placebo effect or not, I'm quite happy with the results. Overall, nice flavour from the can that's a little unusual.

I personally did not like these as they have a very sharp sparkling-water like taste, and I'm not a fan of sparkling water at all. My partner however loves these, and has since been drinking one of these per day. I did finish a can just to get a full taste of it, and aside from the sparkling water taste, it does have a nice sweet raspberry and lemon taste, though to me it just gets overpowered. Tastes best when chilled, though perfectly fine at room temperature. At 30.3mg of magnesium, it would take drinking more than 10 cans to go over the recommended daily limit of 350mg, though I still tell my partner to just stick to one! These have good best before dates, with mine expiring in June 2026.
