The Beard Struggle - Day Liquid Tonic Beard Oil - Platinum Collection, Surtr's Fury - Beard Oil for Men - Moisturize, Softens Hair, Reduces Itch - Day Time Beard Growth Oil (1.35 Fl oz)

I've had a full beard for almost fourteen years now, so it is quite difficult to impress me with any beard products. Beard Struggles Day Tonic Liquid Oil (Surtr's Fury, Platinum/Black Edition) left me ecstatic! I tore open the package and quickly applied some to my beard, then used my horn comb for even distribution. I let it soak in for about ten minutes before combing it again and running my fingers through and found my beard softer than ever! My beard is annoyingly wavy before straightening, so the first comb-through usually takes some finesse. This oil helped the comb glide through the waves as effortlessly as the raid on Lindisfarne! It also seems to have loosened and relaxed a lot of those waves and curls. That is especially impressive to me! My girlfriend and her roommate can't stop walking by for deep sniffs of the scent, saying, "You smell (expletive redacted) *delicious*!". One hour after application, my beard is still silky smooth. The oil imparted a ravishing, shimmering shine without feeling or looking greasy, monumentally improved manageability, intensely subdued frizz, and smells marvellous! Beard products have to be top tier before I suggest them to my friends and this one dominates the field by miles! Over my 14 years of using beard care products, I have tried in excess of twenty beard oil brands in addition to probably the same number of mixtures I've made myself using high quality essential oils and carrier oils. I've mixed different ratios of carrier oils with various essential oils aimed at different aspects of beard care. Some of my DIY oils have been the best I've used until having the pleasure of using Beard Struggle's product! An aspect about the bottle I truly appreciate is the packaging. Like this one, most beard oil bottles have a dropper built into the lid. It's a great feature, but traveling with them can be problematic of something in your dopp kit pokes a hole in the rubber bulb! Beard Struggle removed this problem by including a hard, plastic cap that fits snugly over the top to protect the bulb! My only negative feedback is the length of time it took to receive the package. I placed the order on October 11, 2023 with an initial, "arrive by," date of October 17. It was delayed in the USPS and wasn't delivered until October 23. This probably isn't entirely Beard Struggle's fault, but was a little frustrating. Given how much I love this high quality beard oil, I would be fine if every future purchase from them took that long to deliver!

This is great oil. Smells awesome and keeps my beard soft. Stronger scent than most beard oils I’ve used. But in a good way. I recommend going to their own website to order.

5/5 if we’re just going off the oil. My beard and skin love it and it smells great. Was not a fan of the stopper and cap. Mine can’t seem to tighten and close all the way and the dropper doesn’t reach the bottom of the bottle.

Best oil I've ever used. Smells great, but not an overpowering smell

Excellent beard oil. This fragrance carries an all day sent. I ordered the day oil just to see how I would like this sent. The company describes the sent to have pineapple, apple, and vanilla combined with a woody aroma. That is not the aroma I get. The aroma is bold. This isn't for the office. Great for night life. Wood is dominant and it combines with bitter notes of citrus fruit. I don't hate it but it's different. I gravitate to soft/mild sweet, spicy, woody, vanilla type aromas. Valhalla's Gates is my personal favorite fragrance. The fragrance is a soft/mild cologne sent that is non offensive and perfect fornthe office or night out. Vanilla is dominant but you get the rose, amber, and sandalwood that blend through. Together, they make for an intoxicating aroma.

Bet beard brand I have use. Great quality. Amazing scents. And I’m a little bias to the bad ass Norse themes.

Delivery was on time. This stuff smells amazing. Like aam should smell like this 24/7. Lol. Honestly, I picked this up because my girlfriend who has a nose for sense smelt this from afar. Then found the person wearing the scent and asked what the scent was. It took a minute for me to acclimate to it. But now hands down. It's one of my favorite scents.

Great quality oil. I had been using cheap oils mainly because I have a nut allergy and lot of oils contain Sweet Almond Oil. Until I found The Beard Struggle who don’t but still have premium level products. Back of the box says not to use if you have a nut allergy, so I spoke to a guy from the company and he assured me it was safe to use. Which, at least for me, it was. I will be buying more. And it smells incredible. Beard job well done.
