All the write stuff
My wife bought me a Kaweco Fountain Pen for Christmas so I thought I'd best buy the proper ink for it. The ink is really good, lovely colour but I would expect so as this product is a it pricier than other brands of ink.

We use these in a Kaweco Sport they are perfect with a wide range of colours.

Good quality ink for colour
For a fountain pen ink this is absolutely beautiful. I would suggest using this ink with a mid size to broad nibs to get the gradient with the light and dark colour that this ink tends to give. I chose the brown colour as I wanted that coffee brown that’s not transparent sort of look. As I am writing this review I have finished 1 cartridge out of the 6 you get in the box with one of the faber castel fountain pens which lasted me around 50 A5 pages to write from the top to bottom. I’ve used the ink pretty consistently across every 3-5 days for reference and haven’t seen any clogging up of the feed or the nib. This is my first time using a fountain pen ink and it seems to dry fairly quickly, however it does take a few seconds to dry and otherwise it smudges.

Après avoir essayé plusieurs encres de couleur marron, j'ai opté pour celle-ci, le ton est chaud, pas trop clair ni trop foncé, c'est bien du marron. De nombreuses encres tirent trop sur le noir, ici ce n'est pas le cas. Certes, l'encre est un peu chère, ce n'est pas ce qu'on utilisera pour griffonner sa liste de course ou un brouillon ! Mais écrire en marron, c'est tellement plus classe qu'écrire en bleu ou en noir comme tout le monde.

The ink is great and flows like a dream, don't get me wrong, but seriously. One wee little carton in a huge box? Just send it as a letter next time and don't make me pay that much extra for postage.
