I take this supplement in advance of when I need to focus and think. Working on designs, doing public speaking, or drafting a presentation, even spreadsheets. I was ordering this directly from LifeExtension but could no longer locate it on their website. I was super pleased to find it here since it was a great deal less money and the delivery was faster. I have been taking this along with life extensions super r-lipoic acid and super ubiquinol coq10 with enhanced mitochondrial support since january in hopes of increasing my energy levels and improving general health. The combination did allow me to return to a more youthful energy level but it didn't take long for me to notice a side effect I didn't expect... I have lost 17 lbs since January 8th and have not restricted my food intake in any way. I have also not excersized at all. I am now at my ideal weight for my height and my bmi is also appropriate. (I had given up and figured the extra weight went along with my increasing age) I have continued to take the supplements to help with general health and energy levels for an additional 6 wks. I have not continued to lose weight. (which is good cause if I did I would be under weight by now) Before taking these supplements I never drank water. I mostly drank coffee and mt. dew. Since taking the supplements I find I don't need or want the extra sugar and caffeine; I actually want water. (maybe that is why I lost the weight) I would purchase from this supplier again and have recommended them to family and friends.
