Love this brand, love this detergent!
I love the scent and I love the performance. It works really well (I have hard water too, just for reference) at getting out odors and getting my clothes clean. It isn't perfect at getting all ground in dirt out, but better or just as good as all the other detergents on the market these days (none seem to get really dirty clothes real clean these days) and without the harsh ingredients they often have. I have sensitive skin and this brand has not irritated my skin at all either. I have a septic system so I am always looking for a bit more natural products to use. I used to use several other types of laundry detergents, both more natural ones and yes even Tide, but I've switched 100% to this brand now. Their signature scent is also really nice. The scents are soft but do linger a bit after being washed but not in the in-your-face-you-can-smell-me-from-a-mile-away scents like Tide and many other name brands often have. So if you are looking for something like that, this isn't it. But if you are looking for something that has a soft, comforting, subdued scent, this one fits the bill!

Finally, a Fragrance-Free Detergent That Actually Works — Beautiful and Effective
For years I’ve been searching for fragrance-free products that actually work. If you’ve ever tried the usual “Free & Clear” options, you probably know the story: they’re marketed as gentle, but most of them underperform. Tide Free & Gentle (or “Gentle Free & Clear,” whatever they’re calling it now) doesn’t clean nearly as well as regular Tide. All Free & Clear and Kirkland Free & Clear are even weaker. And when Tide Ultra Stain Release Free & Clear was discontinued, it felt like the last great option was gone. Dirty Labs has completely changed that. Their Unscented Bio Laundry Detergent is the first fragrance-free formula I’ve found that actually matches or exceeds the cleaning power of mainstream detergents. The yardstick in my house is my husband’s laundry: he has extremely oily skin and hair, and most fragrance-free detergents simply can’t get his clothes and pillowcases clean and free of sebum residue. Dirty Labs can. The only mainstream product that comes close right now is All Free & Clear Odor Relief, but even that doesn’t perform quite as consistently. With Dirty Labs, everything comes out fresh, soft, and truly clean. And it only takes two teaspoons per load. Now, about those pumps. I’ve seen some reviewers complain about having to pump eight times. Honestly? It takes maybe 15 seconds. That’s not a flaw, that’s just concentrated detergent in action. You can either pump straight into your washer’s detergent compartment or use the little silicone cup that comes with the system and toss it right in with your clothes. It’s neat, tidy, and easy. What really elevates the experience, though, is the Reusable Erlenmeyer Glass Flask. This is one of the most thoughtful product designs I’ve ever seen in a cleaning product. The glass feels sturdy and high-quality in your hand, the proportions are comfortable to hold, and it looks beautiful sitting out on the shelf. No more ugly plastic jugs, no more industrial packaging that you want to hide away — just clean lines and timeless design. It’s eco-friendly, it’s reusable, and it turns laundry into a routine I actually don’t mind. The flask plus the detergent together feel like a well-thought-out system, not just a product. And while I was switching over, I decided to try the Dishwasher Detergent too. It’s every bit as effective as the laundry detergent. Dishes come out sparkling, without residue or synthetic fragrance. No heavy perfumes masking “clean,” just actual clean. Between the laundry detergent, the flask, and the dishwasher detergent, Dirty Labs has created a complete system for the home that’s sustainable, safe, and effective. I’ve been so impressed that I bought sets for my mom and both of my adult daughters. When you find something that works this well, you want to share it. Dirty Labs solved a problem I’ve had for years: how to get truly clean clothes and dishes without relying on harsh, heavily scented mainstream products or disappointing “free & clear” versions that don’t do the job. If you’re on the fence, here’s my advice: don’t just buy one piece — get the whole system. The Unscented Laundry Detergent, the Erlenmeyer Glass Flask, and the Dishwasher Detergent. Together they make cleaning simple, elegant, and effective. This is one of those rare cases where you really can have it all: eco-conscious design, fragrance-free formulas, and powerful cleaning performance.

Amazing Scent, Clean Ingredients, and Works Great
This Dirty Labs bio-liquid laundry detergent smells amazing and leaves my clothes soft, clean, and fresh with no residue. A little goes a long way, and the hyper-concentrated formula works perfectly in my HE washer. I also love that it’s made with clean ingredients but still cleans really well. Great performance, great scent, and definitely worth it. This is the only detergent I will use!

Messy liquid
We did like the smell, it cleaned our clothes but unfortunately the liquid is too messy and too hard to measure for my adult children. Insert eyeroll. We need to go back to pods. We do use the powder dish soap and love it.

Great first impression!
My family has sensitive skin and get itchy/rashes with regular detergent. While I don’t, I am highly sensitive to fragrance and anything too forward gives me a headache. I tried Clean People, Method, and Blueland for their clean ingredients. While both did not cause any irritation from a skin or scent standpoint, I just didn’t feel like they cleaned as well as they could. My whites were not bright and odors would remain. I decided to give Dirty Labs a try because of the good reviews. Wow. I did 3 loads of laundry and I was happy with every single one! Clothes came out smelling very clean with no lingering odors. I washed my white comforter, and the stains that didn’t was out with the previous detergents were all gone. This is the brightest and cleanest it has looked since it was brand new. And I love the scent. It is just enough and very light. It’s fresh and cozy all at the same time. I hope it continues to exceed my expectations! Great first impression!

Decent product
5/5 for scent (bergamot) It smells amazing. Light airy floral fresh slightly woodsy smell like subtle expensive perfume while it being Non irritating. It’s by far the best smelling unique detergents I’ve ever come across 2/5 for packaging The compact and recyclable bottle part is great But the lid just leaks so much. No matter how tight I screw it back on, the detergent starts to drip from the bottle lip after pouring. And to be honest, the small silicone cup is annoying to wash 3/5 ergonomically. This claims to require less detergent for a single load compared to other detergents, while still cleaning effectively but I’m not sure. I’ve used this detergent for years because I love the scent so much (especially when mixed with downy unstoppables white lavender) but I really don’t know if it cleans that well. I find myself needing to use more than recommended for my clothes to come out feeling like they’re actually clean and free of odor.. 3/5 economically. Yes it’s supposed to last longer since it requires less per wash than average detergents, but I just find that it’s really expensive considering it doesn’t last me 80 loads. And even if it does last, the price is still a bit burdensome considering there are so many more affordable clean detergents that last for much longer I think it would be really amazing if they came out with detergent sheets.

Best detergent I've ever used, you won't want to use anything else
This stuff is amazing at cleaning your laundry. Scent is not too strong, and even the aggressive sweaty summers we have here in Northern California is no match for this detergent. The bottle the detergent comes with is not the best and tends to leave drippings on the sides. Just make sure you rinse the side or wipe away the excess with your current laundry load. There's also instructions on the bottle that tells you how to properly dose the amount based on your laundry load. If in doubt, error on the conservative side to start, as this stuff is super concentrated and then adjust accordingly if needed. The detergent is almost like a gel-like consistency. How well does it clean? Amazingly well. It does an amazing job at lightening aggressive stains without pretreating them (although you should still pretreat stains depending on the type and how aggressive they are as general good practice). Even the harsh summers we have here in Northern California is no match as it easily removes even aggressive body odors. I find the detergent works best with warm water (bio detergents uses enzymes, hence the name. You don't want to use water that's too cold, nor do you want to use overly hot water otherwise it won't be as effective). If your laundry is really dirty OR smelly, using the soak option on your washer (if applicable) for about 20 minutes and it will clean even the most stubborn load of laundry you have. I highly recommend this laundry detergent, especially if you've tried many various detergents in the past and are still struggling to get clean clothes. Remember to follow good laundry care practices such as not overly using too much detergent, ditch the fabric softeners, an dry your clothes as soon as possible once they're done washing to prevent them from building up a mildew "after-scent".

Good product
They do work very well, smells good, too. Just a little bit pricy. But you get what you paid for.
