Unlike those peels that are metal with holes and a flimsy handle this is a rugged wooden peel that works with even very soft dough!

This is a nice tool, that allows you to prepare the pizza on it and slide it in the oven without the sticking problem you get with stainless steel peels. Reasonably priced, but it took a while to arrive
