This is honestly my all-time favourite supplement. I love how clean and high quality it feels, with no unnecessary ingredients. The capsules are easy to take and fit perfectly into my daily routine. I feel they are quality supplements. I have been bothered with acid reflux so been trying to boost the health of my stomach. I am feeling more relief these days but I’m also trying to watch what I eat. Comes in a dark glass bottle and I believe that this helps keep the quality of the product inside. Easy to take as they’re. Not too big. No after taste even though they smell in the jar! Didn’t feel much difference with energy levels but I only but one jar. They’re not too expensive either. I would probably have to take them longer to see more health benefits.
