Updated: Zulay responded to my inquiry. After a brief exchange via messaging on Amazon app, they shipped out a new frother as well as a mini frother. Both are working great. They also wrote a handwritten note saying that their family run business appreciates my support and business. I updated my review to five stars because of their response and the new product working great. Original: I ordered the frother in November 2024. It worked well for the first couple months. Although it would bog down in heavy whipping cream. It is now the beginning of March and the frother is no longer working all the time. The button only works maybe 10% of the time, so I have to keep pressing for it to eventually start spinning. I reached out to the company and have not received a response. Poor quality product and bad customer service.

I absolutely love this milk frother, it works really well and it is easy to clean, I really love the fact that simply by adding more or less pressure with my thumb I can speed it up or slow it down.

Haven't had it too long, but as of now, it works like a champ. I mainly use it to mix my collagen into my coffee in the mornings, and it does what I need it to do. Hopefully it lasts as long as the one it replaced.

Good while it works. Cheap frother but gets the job done in a pinch. Don't expect this to last more than 6 months with regular use. Avoid rinsing if possible to extend life of unit.

I purchase the marble frother. I love the color and it does exactly what it is suppose do. Please note: The one I ordered did not come with a stand, so check that before you purchase if needing one.
