I bought two of these chairs in dark grey, the low back and the high back, so I shall post this review on both. First, I will get my one and only complaint out of the way. There is no way the "high back" can be described as such. The back doesn't reach the height of my shoulders, if I tilt my head back I can see the ceiling several feet behind me. So don't expect to lie back and relax. I'm guessing that just like their clothes, chairs made in China are made to fit Chinamen. So if you're 5' 2" you can ignore the above and you will love the high back chair. Other than that I have only good stuff to report. They are very well designed. The instructions are very clear, the bolts are in labelled compartments on a plastic sheet, Allen key supplied. They are simple to construct, requiring a lot less grunting and swearing than your typical swivel chair. The padding is very comfortable and supportive in all the right places. But most of all it's that wonderful warm soft material. Sitting on these chairs is like being hugged by a teddy bear. And such good value! Highly recommended.

This chair is my favourite thing! It's so comfortable I have literally slept on it multiple times!! Very sturdy, easy to build, reclines/tilts well Definitely a functional and perfect office chair and it's cute! Mine has started to squeak after a few months use which is annoying but considering I use it a lot it's no suprise, I want the taller backed version now so I can retire this one and use it as my makeup chair! Really good value for money and the cushion is still quite plump

Genuinely the most comfy office chair! Easy to set up, I’m 5”3 and the height adjustment is perfect for me. This chair is so comfy I could literally fall asleep in it, as soon as I sit down I feel instant relief in my lower back, the colour is gorgeous, the texture is soft yet bouncy and the chair itself feels very firm and supportive - and aesthetically, it’s a yes from me! I thought it was a little pricey for an office chair, but based on the comfort & material I think the price point is good.

I like this chair for a comfortable alternative to plastic office chairs as it's softer and almost armchair like. I have mobility problems and was looking fora high back chair alternative to a wing chair that I could move around more easily and this serves that purpose. It's comfy, has a high back and easy to put together and very light to swivel yet feels strong & sturdy. Pleased with the purchase.

It is very comfortable and soft, offers great back support and a lot of space to sit on it. Has height adjustment as-well which is nice, in the photos I have it quite low at the moment. It was very good for the price of the chair, and easy to build as it came with clear instructions. I would recommend this chair a lot for anyone who’s trying to get a cheap comfortable desk chair for themselves. It’s great for cats too!

This is such a great chair at a really good price! I bought it in grey over a year ago and use it almost every day in my office. It has absolutely stood the test of time and still looks and feels like new. It’s very comfortable and I could sit in it all day. I recently moved and changed my decor colors and bought another one in the cream color. It’s slightly on the yellowish side, but it’s still beautiful and a perfect chair for my office. Very easy to assemble. Highly recommend!!

Love this chair! Comfortable with just enough cushion and back support. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Wipes clean easily. Have had for 1 year now and still looks new even after using it almost every day in my office. Would definitely recommend and worth the money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolut bequem und hochwertig – klare Kaufempfehlung! Ich bin mit diesem Bürostuhl rundum zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, der Stoff fühlt sich angenehm weich an und sieht gleichzeitig sehr edel aus. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die hohe Rückenlehne, die den Rücken optimal stützt – auch bei längerem Sitzen über mehrere Stunden. Der Stuhl ist sehr bequem gepolstert, weder zu hart noch zu weich, und bietet durch die Armlehnen zusätzlichen Komfort. Die Höhenverstellung funktioniert einwandfrei und lässt sich leicht an die eigene Sitzposition anpassen. Auch die Rollen laufen ruhig und problemlos, selbst auf glattem Boden. Der Aufbau war einfach und schnell erledigt, alle benötigten Teile und eine verständliche Anleitung waren dabei. Optisch passt der Stuhl perfekt ins Homeoffice oder Büro und wirkt modern sowie gemütlich zugleich. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde diesen Stuhl jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – besonders für alle, die viel Zeit am Schreibtisch verbringen.
