Extremely helpful for good sleep

I’ve been using Panchamrit’s Melatonin 5mg for a few weeks now. The first time I took it, I fell asleep faster than usual—no more tossing and turning for hours. The effect was gentle, not like those heavy sleep aids that leave you groggy the next day. I appreciated that. The tablets are easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and I like that it’s melatonin without unnecessary additives. I don’t take it every night—just when I really need help winding down—and that seems to be the best way for me to use it. Overall, it’s a decent sleep aid, but not an instant fix for all sleepless nights. If you’re looking for something natural-ish to help occasionally, this might work for you

First time ordered sleeping melting strips, got it for 494rs, 30 strips, a bit expensive for a month, if works then good, ingredients look good, packaging can be better, also product i received was of 2023 in 2025 which is a concern.

Not worked for as it claimed. I am getting disturbed sleep after using it and waking up very tired.

I’ve been using these Panchamrit Melting Strips for a few nights and I’m really impressed. The exotic berry flavor is pleasant, and the strips dissolve easily. Within 30–45 minutes, I feel calm and sleepy without any grogginess in the morning. The blend of melatonin, valerian root, and lavender really works. Also love that it's preservative-free and sugar-free. A great natural sleep aid — highly recommended!

Date of manufacture is June 2024 Date should be mentioned in the Amazon page before we buy. There are few ingredients such as Cellulose, medium chain Triglaceride any side effect of these has not mentioned.

They are good. My hectic travel schedule and jet lags puts me off schedule for sleep most of the time. Bought these with the intention to sleep better. I would say they are alright. I did notice a change in my sleep patterns, I sleep better. It can be placebo or perhaps the melatonin is actually doing it's work. The taste is alright for me. It's been a few days since I'm using this and all in all it's alright for me. Did not see any side effects. No digestion issues at all, just keep it on tongue and it will dissolve.

I literally can't sleep without these. They are the best melatonin product on the market as far as I'm concerned. Any time they're out of stock, I panic because I've not been able to find anything that matches the quality. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep sooooo well. I have tried different melatonin strips and pills but they would on work for part of the night until I tried this. These strips help me sleep through the night and feel well rested without feeling sluggish. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.
