KAO Liese Soft Bubble Hair Color - Milk Tea Brown - Hong Kong

This product has a very strong smell as you would expect. So if you're sensitive, don't get it. It colors quite well for black hair but you need to put a generous amount. For thick, long hair like mine, needs two to three bottles. It did not foam as much but like I said, you need to apply the right amount. My mistake was I only bought one as I was thinking it's enough for my roots. One more thing I like about is that it didn't leave my hair dry and tangled when rinsing. My hair was still smooth! Seller is nice and very responsive. Thoughtful with the little gifts as well. Will buy again for sure.

My Asian hair is very thick, coarse and dark dark brown, so I was quite wary with the turn out, despite hearing that Asian hair dye products were ideal for when trying to achieve a light brown colour. The application was very tidy with its foam formula, but my hair didn't exactly foam up like how it's shown in the picture, despite lathering it as much as possible throughout. But I guess that's down to the fact that my hair is so thick! Maybe I needed two bottles To be more effective. The smell was very pungent of the chemicals which made me wish I had one of those surgical face masks on hand... Also I made sure to have the windows open otherwise I would've had an extreme headache. But needless to say... I am extremely impressed with the result! It has given my dull hair a splash of warm tones (very much reminding me of Jun Ji-hyun's hair from MLFAS) probably because I originally had natural red undertones (I'm just guessing here). The hair colour does take a few days (up to a week) to show up as the desired colour that is shown on the box according to your hair colour before, so you will have to be patient. It certainly hasn't damaged my hair. In fact, the provided hair conditioner made it incredibly soft and silky, making it tangle-free for the first few days. The hair colour is visible only in certain lightings such as in broad daylight, otherwise it looks dark brown. Overall I'd recommend getting hair dye from this brand as opposed to buying light blonde hair kits from other brands like L'Oréal etc (which I think might be more risky and damaging) when aiming for a lighter brown. :)

Came earlier than expected.i have used 1 box for my long curly hair, results is good except at the end of my hair. Nevertheless it is good especially if you want to do it yourself.

I was a bit skeptical at first because I've use d other brands before and has not worked on my hair as good as this, I have thick black which made it difficult to dye until I tried out this product, I am very pleased with the results :)

I love this colour! So I naturally have dark brown hair and I have never bleached my hair but I do like dyeing it so I try to use products that do not damage my hair too much (as most dyes still contain some level of ammonia) and where it’s value for money so I can actually see a difference after dyeing my hair. I love this product and would defo buy again. The scent of the product is strong and left me with a migraine for the whole day. Aside from that the dye is easy to apply but be careful as it does dye your roots much lighter than the rest of your hair. The dye didn’t damage my hair what I mean by this is my hair after washing didn’t feel rough or affected in any way.

I've been using this brand for over a year and I love how it makes my hair such a pretty shade of brown. I was surprised to have gotten a few compliments from stylists at different hair salons as well (though I hope they weren't just being nice! lol) Pros: - It comes out foamy and bubbly which makes it easy and pretty fun to apply as it only takes about 10-15 application time. Although the instructions say you can apply it directly to hair without sectioning, the first time I did this my hair actually looked a bit uneven. I do suggest sectioning whether you have thick hair or not, and start from the ends as the parts closer to your roots will color much faster. - Also works on virgin hair. I have naturally dark brown hair (close to black) and the foam tinted my hair pretty nicely. I suggest leaving it on for max. 30-40 mins if you have virgin dark hair and/or thick hair. - Easy to use for touch-ups and even on already-dyed hair. The result will be a slightly lighter brown if you apply new color on top of hair that's already tinted with this foam dye (I can't speak for whether this will also turn out nicely on salon-dyed hair) Cons: - As all other hair dyes do, it'll dry your hair out. If you have a very dry hair type like mine, it'll look pretty fried the first time you use it but that can be easily taken care of by using hair masks, leave-in conditioners, and hair oils. After dyeing it about 4 times now and taking good care of it, my hair actually improved in appearance and texture compared to the first time I dyed it. - It can look a bit uneven/patchy if you don't section out your hair
