Very effective when I am struggling to fall asleep. They taste so good.

The gummies stuck together slightly but were easy to pull apart. They aren't covered in sugar which many gummies are, so good there. Taste wasn't too strong. Because they're gummies, however, they stick to your teeth, which is the nature of gummies. I wrap them in a small piece of food to prevent sticking.

These taste great and I'd always rather feel like I'm eating candy than trying to swallow a huge horse pill like some supplements come in. These were fairly expensive and it says to eat 3 a day for nutrition so they go pretty quick. I would buy them again though.

These work for improved sleep and relaxation and also help me get less heart palpitations in perimenopause. I look forward to the blueberry lavender flavor. Only problem is sometimes they don’t taste very fresh/ they are kind of stale but the BB date says it should be fresh.
