My cap has ALWAYS leaked in my Crosswave. Got good at slamming the tank in before too much water dripped out. Finally decided to look for a replacement - should have done this ages ago! Fits perfectly, screws on easily, and no more racing the drips for me!

I was heartbroken when my crosswave started to leak. Replacement value: $275 purchase down the drain, until I got this product. I fit my Bissell crosswave perfectly which saved me from having to buy a whole new machine. Looks just like my old cap. Super easy to install. Durable quality, still using it over 6 months in use.

Fits perfectly and glad I found it and didn't have to pay to replace the enitre tank, since somehow ours disappeared during our move cleaning the old place.

Works good as the original one that came with the mop. I think it will last a while.

Do not buy. Purchased 2 of these, only for them to fall completely apart In the middle of use. Yes, it fits at first. Yes, it might not leak immediately. But it is absolutely not built to last. Two failures in a row tells me this is a core quality issue, not bad luck. I’m done wasting money on replacements and done with this brand until they actually fix their product.

I wish I had a record of how many times I've bought these caps. These are so poorly made: they always break within a couple months and the way they break (with the screen popping off) makes it impossible to fix it yourself. I've resorted to just spraying the ground with a spray bottle and vacuuming over it. Will only use the tank and cap when I want to steam the floor.
