This treatment is far easier than mixing up a drink with ingredients you don’t have every morning.. Much tastier than swallowing them like a tablet that tastes horrible. They are just delicious and easier to swallow. Love blueberry raz flavor. Arrives in no time flat.

The taste wasn't bad and I drank it with water as it said to, I took 2 gummies before bed and quickly my stomach was making very weird noises and then that turned into get very nauseous and then ultimately throwing up. I then looked at the box to make sure I did it right and I did. I then googled how many mg I should have a day and it said around 400-500 mg max and the two gummies were 1000mg so it's way too much to take 2 at a time at least when starting out.
