Effective for constipation , pineapple flavor tastes better than this one . CAUTION : senna leaves is habit forming natural laxative so please don’t take more than a month ( although completely safe )

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s not what I have thought of it. Its flavour can only consume with any sweet dish or curd or milk. As the taste is tangy so I couldn’t use it with my proper meal. I have to use it with my breakfast edibles like muesli, cornflakes or rolled oats.

absolutely loved the product and would recommend 10/10. I was looking for a good fiber from very long and i can say I finally found it.

It claims that the product tastes good, but it tasted really bad. To explain it, it tastes exactly like how yoy mix strawberry yogurt in water with artificial sweetner. This product is high on artificial sweetner making it taste super super weird and syrupy. It also makes you bloaty and gives you a tummy ache! Value of money is 0 Quality is 0 Effectiveness can be somewhat around 2.5 Energy level is 0 I would not recommend this product to anyone sadly.
