Cuisinart multi-clad pans are difficult to find. I have one sauce pan in this range that is slightly larger, so I was pleased to find this size. I use it every day. It’s the perfect size and weight for warming soup or steaming vegetables. I prefer a stainless steel surface to Teflon. It’s easy to clean with a stainless steel scouring pads. Exceptional quality, even heat distribution, great value for money.

Very heavy. Too heavy. For safety, I would recommend purchasing a pan with a second handle. Our pan purchased a few years ago, is to be retired for garden use only, as I prioritise comfort and safety.

It has three layers construction that make the heat spread evenly and not burn the food. It has a tight lid that keeps the heat, water, and flavour inside. It is safe to wash in the dishwasher, use in the oven up to 550 degrees F, and use under the grill. It has a handle that does not get hot and is strong.
