Maveek 50 Pieces 8 Holes Sanding Discs 120 Grit 5 Inch Hook and Loop Sandpaper Assortment for Random Orbital Sander

I bought these to sand down some large wooden garage doors, and used about 25 on the outer face of the doors. When I ordered them I was concerned at how well they would be retained by the sanding pad, and how long they would last: neither were problems.Firstly, when you buy cheap pads you take the risk that they're not going to attach well to the velcro - the unbranded pads tend to have thinner backing. I have Makita sander and I have to say there was no slipping whatsoever - in fact I'd go as far to say I wouldn't mind if the pads were a little easier to remove after use! The velcro held extremely well.Secondly, the longevity is hard to comment on since I was using them primarily for paint removal and the grid got gummed up quickly with paint. That would have been the case for any pad, and meant that each pad didn't get the chance to get worn out. That being said, once the paint was off the pads lasted a reasonable amount of time - clearly they're not going to be quite as long lasting as branded pads but they're so much cheaper that they're still a far more economical option.I would definitely buy these again, having tested them.

Bought a couple of packs of these to re do the kitchen work tops. They were very thick in the oil that was on there before and I had to remove it all. Alongside the mouse pads, I went through 150 but that is not surprising given that it is a large worktop and there was a lot of come off. Compared to other brands, these are extremely good value. I did use some bosch pads too but I wouldn't say that the extra wear I got out of them is worth paying the premium. If you have a large job to do, these will do a fine job.

I bought a similar product for my mouse sander and was really impressed, so I decided to invest in some more sanding discs for my orbital.I am not disappointed! There are ten pieces of each grit (40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120), all marked on the hook and loop fabric on the back. This same fabric is decent too and it holds well to the sander plate.At this price, you cannot go wrong especially seeing that they are as good as, if not better, than the branded discs I used to buy.

I use a lot of these things. First time from these people but they last really well especially if you clean them with a wire brush to prevent clogging.I will be ordering more when I’ve used this lot. Highly recommended. Go buy!

Decent enough product all in all, purchased 50 items but approximately 15 of them were not great as the sanding disc detached from the hook and loop pad on the back of the disc as soon as I turned the sander on and went straight in the bin. The rest worked really well though. So maybe just a faulty batch included in my order

I'm very happy.I bought these, mainly on price, not expecting them to be much good, but they have proven to be excellent in use, on my sander anyway, they are mostly used for my hobby woodworking, for which they are more than adequate. For the amount and variety of discs they are great value for money.

Overall good item. It doesn't last as long as some branded ones but definitely very close. It does stick properly and doesn't come off.
