I have been using an electric toothbrush for a long while, the one with the rotating head. I have been noticing that that they are no longer particularly durable and are expensive to run. When my last one broke, it was time for a change. I have read a few reviews on the Suri toothbrush, and they were generally very good, I also liked the green credentials of the company. I have been using the brush for well over a month, and I have yet to recharge it, the brush head looks new with no spreading of the filaments. The toothbrush cleans my teeth well, especially on polish mode. It is comfortable to hold and use. The brush pauses briefly to help manage the cleaning of each quadrant. The only thing I don't like is that the brush turns off after 2 minutes, and you have to restart it if you have not quite finished.

Got one for my partner last Christmas (I know super romantic), she loves it. I got one myself over black Friday and I love it too. It just works, the battery lasts, it feels quality and its sustainable. It also looks good with the selection of pastel colours.

I have been using this toothbrush for almost a year. I think it's very good. The battery only needs charging every 2 months. The brush heads last well and don't splay out like others I've had in the past. The first few times I used it it felt a bit weird as there's a tickling sensation that is different to the rotary brushes but I soon got used to it and feel that my teeth and gums are really clean. The only reason it's got 4 stars instead of 5 is because I recived a white base with a green brush head when I had ordered all white. If this had been a present for someone it would have been embarrassing given the price. But I do think it is good value for the quality and eco credentials of this brand.

The product feels solid and comfortable, but not too bulky. The brushes last well, and the battery stays charged for weeks. I wouldn't go back to the plastic competitors. Recommended.

I purchased this electric toothbrush with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas—particularly with its charging system. From the start, the charger was unreliable and struggled to charge the toothbrush properly. Although the toothbrush was charging, the LED light stoped working after a couple of months. After only one year of use, the battery completely stopped charging, rendering the toothbrush useless. I am now also out of warranty to replace/repair the toothbrush. Performance-wise, the toothbrush was decent while it worked. It cleaned well enough and had a battery capacity comparable to another leading brand which produces oral electric toothbrushes. However, given the compareable price point, if not higher at this point in time, I expected much better durability and reliability. The biggest disappointment was the fact that it only lasted a year, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product. For the price, I would have expected a longer lifespan and a more dependable charging system. The worst thing is that the manufacturer knows that the charging of this product is not reliable as seen on their FAQ on their website. Overall, while the toothbrush performed adequately during its short lifespan, the poor charging system and lack of durability make it impossible to recommend. If you're looking for a reliable and long-lasting electric toothbrush, you may be better off considering other leading ORAL toothbrush brands that offer better value for the price. The toothbrush is going to the bin so much for sustainability...

So, having used a powered toothbrush for years my last one (the type with the rotating head that charges on a plastic base) was going to be the last one I needed, right? No, it turns out. The toothbrush started to lose charge so quickly it was always charging (much to my other half’s annoyance). Annoyingly at full price, I saw this and bought one earlier in the month (without the uv case). The first clean was an education. At a certain point in the process, I subjected my upper lip to the full sonic vibration; it was unbearably irritating. I did it twice and thought where’s my old toothbrush and can I send the Suri back? My teeth did seem squeaky clean mind. Give it another go. Change my technique (try getting lips out of the way) bingo! The toothbrush is very expensive (even at the offer price) but it’s very sleek and sits in my over the sink cupboard using the magnetic stick on mount, which is ideal. The battery life is great so far (still on the first charge). For £75, a ‘free’ non uv light case could have been included. As it stands having the toothbrush lose in your wash bag does provide for the toothbrush to accidentally turn on, which is annoying. Paying another £20 for a case with a fancy uv light was a step too far for me. With other sonic brushes out there at lower prices, not sure how deep the market is for premium kit like this but there you are. Overall, if you can afford it, go for it.

Battery time is fantastic. Go ages without charging it. Love the sticky magnetic holder. Keeps the toothbrush nicely on my mirror do drips dry and stays clean. Love this product.

I have had my Suri for just over two years to replace my Colgate electric toothbrush id had for 6 years prior before it broke. I wanted a metal toothbrush to reduce my plastic waste so found Suri and decided to give it a go. For the first six months it worked as intended, however after 6 months or so it began holding less charge, the light stopped working and the paint started cracking. Over that time it now has no indicating light, holds no charge (flickers on and then off 3 or 4 times for 3 sedinds each time before dying and requiring a full new charge) and the paint is really chipped now. I tried a new charging base at my own expense to no avail. Very disappointed in how it didnt even properly last 1/12th the time as an off the shelf colgate toothbrush and was more expensive. I will use this toothbrush as a regular toothbrush until I use all the heads i have then will seek a new one.

I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didn’t know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like you’re helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience — thank you!

Neat, high speed & efficient. Rarely needs recharging, nor the head changing.

The focus of this toothbrush on simple quality is it's killer feature. Most competitors focus on features and miss the point; this toothbrush lives magnetically mounted to the wall, providing clean and easy access off of the counter. The battery lasts very long, I'm 30+ days in and have charged once. Power is adequate, less powerful than competitors, but enough to leave teeth feeling clean with low effort/time. Many other reviewers mention issues with charging contacts due to corrosion, I haven't experienced that yet, but wiping the toothbrush dry after use should mitigate those concerns.

Me parece que deja una buena limpieza tras el cepillado, el soporte imantado también es una buena opción para tenerlo a mano en el baño y queda bastante estético. Los reemplazos de los cabezales están bien de precio y el punto ecólogico está bien.
