Exactly what it says. An excellent product. All natural but does what it claims and clears congestion.

I used this during a recent virus infection when my nose was completely blocked, and it genuinely helped. It’s not one of those harsh medicated sprays that sting or dry everything out — just natural sea water, but it really makes a difference. After using it a couple of times, I could finally breathe more freely, especially at night. It doesn’t work instantly like decongestant drops, but it clears things out gradually and safely. I also noticed that my nose felt less irritated overall, and I didn’t get that rebound congestion you sometimes get with chemical sprays. The spray pressure is strong enough to rinse properly without being uncomfortable, and the bottle is compact and easy to carry. I've used it several times a day and had no issues at all. Small things to note: – It’s a bit more expensive than basic saline sprays. – Won’t “blast open” a totally blocked nose instantly — more of a gentle, ongoing support. – Sometimes hard to find in stock, probably because it works. If you're looking for a natural, non-addictive way to support your nose during colds or allergies, this is 100% worth trying. I’ll definitely keep one at home from now on.

This is reasonably effective but expensive!

Absolutely fantastic product if you feel you have a cold coming on then this will have you feeling better in no time at all. I had cathar and all was cleared using this fantastic product and garling with salt water at night and each morning. I have no more nasal issues after using this. This also helps clears scabs in the nasal passage.

I’ve used the standard one of this make so thought I’d give this one a try as my sinuses really are not great. Really has helped with my blocked tubes. It’s an ongoing condition I just have to manage and this really does help to clear them and stops them blocking as much. I to find after around 6 hours I have to use it again some days but does work. Very easy to use and good value as they do last quite a while.

Well packaged, prompt delivery. Haven't used it yet but have used the item previously and works well in flushing out your sinuses.

Helps with sinusitis, was recommended to me by a nurse practitioner. Lasts longer than expected.

I only tried it once but I may try it again after my holiday next week - I bought it to clear congestion as I have very bad sinuses and it's agony on take off and landing when I fly. However when I used it the one time, I got a splitting headache within minutes and it took a day to calm down, so it was definitely doing something with my sinuses!
