I wanted a longer chain for a special piece of jewerly I had. Got this and it's perfect. The length is just what I wanted. Color is beautiful with my locket. The quality is good nog thin but yet not to thick

I got this on a Prime Day deal, but even at full price I would be happy. I originally got the 20", thinking that's why my old chain was, but I was mistaken. But it was pretty, so I kept it and ordered a 24". Not only is it longer, but it is also thicker and less delicate, so I got a nice surprise, having now two different looks. The gold is very shiny and twists in a pretty shape. The clasp is bigger than many chains have, which is helpful to my clumsy hands. I've had this for a week now, and I wear it all the time, including bed and shower. I can't say how long it will last since it's only been a week, but it does still look as good as it did when it arrived.

It looks like the picture and accurate for the price range. I was hoping that since it was listed as 18k plated gold that it would look classy and less low grade yellow, but unfortunately it looks like a yellow piece of junk next to my actual 14k and 18k jewelry, so it is hard to pair this item with authentic gold. Don't let the "finished with 18k gold" fool you. It is still a mustard yellow junky gold.

Just what i ordered

This was a beautiful chain, that felt very substantial and is a perfect length for everyday wear. I unfortunately had to return it as the clasp was too large to fit through the pendant I had purchased it for. If you plan to add a pendant to this chain, it does have a significant oval loop which may not fit through smaller pendants. I was sad to have to return this as it was a great colour match, and was a great length.

So, I was just looking for a every day necklace. I wasn’t necessarily looking for something fancy or showy. The chain is very dainty. I can understand why there were some complaints about the chain. The hook for the lobster clasp is oval instead of round so if you’re not used to it, it could be a little tricky. Otherwise, I’ve had no tarnishing with either of my chains. I purchased two of them at two different lengths. I would recommend as an every day necklace. I cannot attest on putting a pendant on them as I just wear them as plain chains.
