Once again, all seeds are sprouting after a good, long soak, 24 hours at least, warmer is better. Super tasty and these sprouts are $16.99 lb in Whole Foods. For that I can buy a bag of seed and grow my own all year. I have purchased many seeds from this group, all of them sprout if you know how to do it. Thanks for a superior product.

Thse are black sunflower seeds for sprouting. You can feed birds with it, but they do well with cheap stuff and you will want this to sprout for your own food. You can grow and transplant some to a place in the yard and grow them oganically. Peas and sunflower sprouts are sweet and very tasty. Enjoy them. Sprout House is a great supplier of organic seeds for sprouting. Sunflower seeds as microgreens are sweet.

Old seeds and they do not sprout. I tried several different way and all ended up with the same outcome... BAD. Do not buy

I got these and have had great success in growing micro greens for my family!!! We will be getting these again!

Seeds were perfect and outstanding quality. Only reason I couldn't want to give the 5 star because the price is a little high.

Just like sun flower seeds. i know you lol but i have have them in fancy restaurants where there is no flavor. my only mistake was not growing a bigger batch the first time. of course i have fixed that problemo now.

So first off I have a green thumb I can grow pretty much anything I order the seeds I soaked them thoroughly and it took over 10 days for them to sprout only half of them sprouted and half of those sprouted at different rates so I have an uneven canopy pretty disappointing I will probably order from another seed provider. True leaf has much better seeds!!

So good and easy to grow, will order these again!
