Since the day it delivered i have using it and it really helps in stretching and very useful for body flexibility it made yoga very easy

It was not obvious whether TPE or EVA is better for yoga blocks. So, ordered 1 of this with a block pair and another pair from another brand of EVA material. This one had 3-layers of material (including one for non-slip) plus a yoga belt but almost double the cost of the other one with 2-layers and no yoga belt.This one does the job well as described, a little bit firmer than the EVA type but for usage in Yoga didn't matter. Both are great. So, giving 4 stars just because of the cost premium. else would have given it 5-star.May be one year later I will remember to update if performed/wore out similar or different! Also, it is best to order a pair rather than a single block.
