These gummies are brilliant - good value for money and very effective at helping one relax enough to sleep. I've also recommended them to my partner who tried for a few nights and was very impressed and will be ordering some himself. They taste great too, which is a bonus.

These have a very nice sweet and fruity taste and are easy to chew. Reminded me of gums I would buy as a child whilst I haven't bought sweets for many years I found they stopped me craving a dessert after I had my evening meal, which can only be a good thing, but be aware that the two main ingredients are Sucrose (sugar) and Maltose (sugar which makes the sweets chewy). Have had a lot of interupted sleep in the last few weeks and whilst I do feel tired in the day I do not think I feel as rough as I ought to since I have been taking these but it is too early to claim that these definitely have helped with fatigue. I am fairly impressed with them especially as they are so convenient to take and would buy them at £9.97 but not much more. They come in a plastic bottle which you can recycle. I would prefer it if the bottle was made form recycled material too. Overall a nice food supplement but I cannot verify the claims that are made about the benefits and to my knowledge we should not need supplements if we eat a varied and healthy diet.

I bought this product to help me with sleep. I tried lot of products but not many work. This one helps me fall asleep but keep waking up. It tastes nice and is easy to use. I did not notice any side effects.

I had these ordered as a replacement for my normal bedtime gummies. & honestly absolute waste of money. They don’t help me at all & I have not slept properly during the nights I have taken them. It’s currently 5am & I have tosses & turned all night trying to fall asleep. I shall never again order this brand of bedtime gummies & will hope my normal brand is back in stock again soon. Only possible good thing about them is they don’t taste awful. But that’s all the positive I can say about them. Save your money, look for something better

No one paid me for that review or gave me anything for free (I wish). I like the taste of this gummies and they help to promote deeper sleep. I take only one in the evening and sleep much better. Also great content for money. You can check how much you would pay if you bought the ingredients separately. I don't understand why the rating is so low for these gummies, hence decided write the review and give 5 stars as otherwise it feels not fair. I now made a subscription for them.
