Pillow arrived on time. This was cleverly packaged, at first I thought that it was the wrong size but when you leave it for 10 minutes it really expands. I have used this pillow for nearly 3 weeks and found it to be the best pillow that I have ever had, not only is this very comfortable but my neck pain that I woke up with every morning has now gone.

The light smells goes very quickly just follow the instructions, had it for over a month now and really enjoy it. Very comfortable, much better than solid foam and I can really feel the difference on my neck. I sleep side and back, works for both. You pay for what you get, it’s a great quality pillow. Just got one for my wife who kept stealing it...

Very happy with this pillow. It's super comfortable. A number of people mentioned a smell which I was concerned about before buying. It's really not bad. It reminds me of a new hotel (which I guess makes sense seeing as new hotels probably use pillows like these!). One thing I hadn't expected which has been a great bonus for me is they reduction in my daily allergies. I realise now I was probably allergic to my previous pillow as for the first time in years I can go more than a few hours without blowing my nose.

Really comfortable, but too expensive for what it is

Only been using this pillow for a couple of nights but so far it has been worth every penny and more! Comfortable, supportive and does exactly what it says on the tin. For my desired comfort I removed about 2 fistfuls of foam (easy task) and haven't looked back. If you have any desire to buy this pillow do it. You won't be disappointed.

Really soft shredded foam that moulds to head, neck and shoulders. Adjustable height. I removed about a third of the pile. I’ve tried a lot of memory foam and other pillows as I have a chronic neck problem. This is the best pillow I’ve tried and has helped me recover from tight knotted muscles to feeling Ok. Queen size is a bit bigger than standard UK pillow and needs a slightly bigger pillow case, Amazon have them of course ! I have one in silk for the ultimate in luxury !

Love this pillow! Not has solid as a tempur so moulds more comfortably around my head and neck (which I have issues with). It gives you a sense of "ahhhhhhh" when your head sinks into it.

Have spent a lot of dosh on different pillows since I injured my back a number of years ago. This is the best by far. Only drawback it could do with more shredded memory foam in pillow. Easier to remove than add.

I never leave reviews for products, but I just had to cause Coops Adjustable Pillow has transformed my sleeping quality. It did take a few weeks to find the right amount of filling (I like a really low profile pillow) - but once I did it has improved my sleeping quality drastically. Literally for all of 2025 so far, I’ve struggled with poor sleep due to low quality cheap pillows causing me neck/shoulder pain due to misalignment. I used to always but cheap $20 pillows but could never find one that was the right firmness, they were either too low profile or too high profile. But with Coops, I got to adjust the filling just right and finally I’m able to get a good nights sleep. If you struggle with finding a pillow that doesn’t cause neck pain, you need to do yourself a favour and buy this pillow, even with the high price it’s definitely worth it.

Great support for your neck on a large base, absolutely comfortable. I've got rid of neck pains after approx. 3 months of use & you can feel the comfort.

Investigué bastante antes de comprarla, pero sí se hunde bastante al usarla. Sí es cómoda, pero no sentí que fuera nada espectacular para lo que cuesta
