Don't know about dielectric, but I used it on all my connectors in the engine bay to keep out water and its for better electrical contact, good stuff. hope that helps.

Can I used this on soldered joints with heat shrink tubing?

Yes, that should not be any problem. The grease is nonconducting and noncorrosive.

Power washer is it okay for piston switch

Its an electrical switch cleaner, so I would'nt use it if water is involved.

what item will prevent aluminium joints from oxidizing

I am not sure this is the best solution to prevent aluminum from oxidizing, usually coatings like EverBrite or anodizing is a better solution. However, here I understand you have joints and in this case silicone grease probably will do a good job.
