Gluten-free as claimed and delicious!
I have been buying this for my girl, who has acute allergy to gluten. She is like a gluten sensor. Any trace of gluten and we would know. So far this has been safe for her and also tastes great!

No flavor and burned taste
The taste has no flavor since all of the ingredients were overly dehydrated and tasted burned. Even after frying it, the flavor didn't come. The better aglio olio sauces have ingredients that are not dried or burned.
