This face cream feels very nice on the skin, it’s light but thick enough to hydrate. It saved my skin that was dried out from salicilyc acid. Some say it has a sweet smell, but for me it’s barely noticeble. Edit: I absolutely cannot believe the failure of their customer service. I knew there was something wrong with batch 40601 - I asked for a replacement from Amazon as I thought the cream went bad, it smelled disgusting and it was rock hard in the pot. The replacement was from the same batch - same poor quality. Months later, I ordered a jar again but still had the same number, 40601 on it - and guess what, it smelled horrible too. I reached out to Upcircle and asked if it's usual for their product quality to vary between different batches, as I thought to myself I might need to go to a store somewhere to check the smell before purchasing. Customer service got back and lectured me about how the quality is the same each time. They did not offer a refund or a replacement, anything. I'm pleased to see they finally acknowledged their mistake. Unfortunately, I already threw away all those jars....£50 out the window.

This lovely cream absorbs quickly into the skin and feels luxurious. It smells like Play Doh which is slightly disconcerting but doesn't put me off at all!

Smells great, makes your skin lovely and soft. Only giving it 4 stars as its a bit more than I would regularly like to spend on a night cream

Bought in May but didn’t open until after refund timing and noticed horrid smell and too thick. Same batch as mentioned in previous reviews: 40601. Was thinking it was a wrong batch to be sold cheaply on Amazon as have previous bought from upcircle and I liked the smell. Been using for a few days holding breath using it but now coming out in spots- so wasted money unfortunately. Put me off choosing upcircle on Amazon. Update: I contacted Upcircle to inform- as I bought with Amazon they said they have informed them of this batch issue, asked to stop using and offered 15% discount. As outside of returns bracket I cannot return for refund with Amazon.

Love this brand and bought this after being really impressed with the peptide serum. The cream is a brilliant consistency and feels really nourishing. It’s not at all greasy and my skin is more even toned than before. Love it.

Only okay, doesn't feel very hydrating truth be told. I've been having skin dryness and no chance since using this

Been using this every night, really smooth, a little goes a long way. Not greasy at all. Really creamy. My skin is feeling & looking so much better when using this with the other products. It is a little expensive but if you can get on a sale or with a discount for the first time definitely buy but you will be buying again, as will I.
