Did a great job of unblocking a drain that couldn't be accessed with drain rods!

The drain jetting fitment was brilliant just the job cleared my blockage in the loo pipework with ease. And at a very good price fitting was so easy, flexible, and no leaks,quality hose.

I recently used this kit with my Kärcher pressure washer and it performed well overall. The 15 m hose and high-pressure jet nozzle made quick work of stubborn drain clogs. The kit is robust and seems built to last. However, I did find the connection a bit tricky at first, and the instructions could be clearer to ensure a seamless fit with various Kärcher models. Despite this minor setback, the kit is an excellent addition for any DIY cleaning arsenal. Highly recommended for those looking to enhance their drain cleaning efficiency!

What a brilliant bit of kit. So much easier than drain rods and really simple to use. I’ve just cleared a significant blockage using the device which will save a call-out and expense of a plumber. Being so easy to use I can see me using this for annual maintenance to ensure I never get blockages in the future. If I could I’d give it a 6! 👌👍 PS, used with a Karcher K4. PPS, a bit surprised it never came with any instructions but if you’re the type to get your hands dirty to clear blockages I suspect they aren’t needed!👍

I had a slow running drain which required cleaning, checked the local Dyno operators call out and hourly rates and decided to give it a go myself. I have a Karcher pressure washer and bought this rodding attachment to clear the drain. It worked very effectively and was a fraction of the cost of a professional contractor, and I have it for future problems. If you have a pressure washer and some diy skills, definitely work doing it yourself.

I had plans of feeding this through the P bend of my WC to unblock, but I was asking too much to go round the P of the toilet pan and then a right turn into the sewer. So I had to go a different way in. It was easy to feed into the sewer via the man hole, and the pressure was enough to make it propel itself into the sewer. However, after a short while, my pressure washer started to pulse on, then pulse off. I have no idea why as when I took the end off the pipe it came back on constantly, but as soon as I put the jet back on, it went back to pulsing, even though the jets look clear. In the end I used a different method to unblock the drain, as the length of this was not long enough to reach the blockage.

Excellent value and did the trick for me clearing mud from a blocked drainage pipe. For the occasional use this is certainly good enough. You do have to watch out for kinks when it is not under pressure but this was not an issue when in operation. It is the right combination of stiffness vs. flexibility to go 10-15m but still go round most bends. If you want a little more cornering ability you can attach the nozzle to the non-reinforced end. The nozzle design means it will pull itself along clear, straight sections of pipe. I've a really old Karcher pressure washer (10-15 years?) and it fitted fine.

I bought this because I was fed up of having to pay a drain specialist £90 for 10 minutes work every 12 months. So thought I'd try it myself as I have a pressure washer. And it worked great first time! Now I can clear the drains whenever I need to and save myself time and money. It seems well-made and has a central forward-facing hole in addition to 3 rear-facing ones. It just works. Highly recommended if you want to DIY.
