happy waist
I am very happy with this coset. it fits perfectly well and it does not dig into my skin thanks to the lined borders of the corset.

Would highly recommend
Great product but I read reviews saying it was a small fit, but actually I then ordered too big. But never mind, I ll start with this one then buy the smaller fit too. Great product, fantastic quality.

The real deal
These definitely work, I've had them in the past but was unable to keep it up. Definitely being more strict with my routine now and seeing results.

L for Size 12 and 32-inch waist
Bought L for a 32-inch waist and it was just right. No pinching. I could probably fit into a smaller size but this would allow me to work out at the gym in comfort, which was the whole point of getting it. For reference, I’m a fit size 12.

When I first considered purchasing this product I was skeptical. It seemed too good to be true. A durable latex waist cincher that will reduce your waist by three inches, and give you an hourglass silhouette? Crazy talk. Well this one does just that and more. I researched reviews all over the web before buying as well as watched YouTube videos. 95% of all reviews were positive. The other 5% I think just didn't order the proper size. This product is true to size, however please consider a few things before you order. 1.) Order by the sizing chart, not by your clothing size. This product is designed to fit tighter than what you would normally wear to reduce inches. 2.) It's latex and smells like latex. If you are allergic or highly sensitive to smells don't buy it. The smell is minimal and NOT bad at all. It dissipates over time. It smells like a bag of latex balloons. You cannot smell it through your clothing. 3.) Consider where your fat is concentrated. High on your stomach and back, or low? My problem area is low on my stomach. The cincher is tighter at the top under the breast and gets larger down towards the pelvic area. If you have fat at the top order a size up. When I first put this product on I had to have help. It was snug but not unbearable. I practiced all day and by the end of the day I could get it on by myself. It takes some getting used to but you can sit, stand, drive, and even nap in your cincher. I wasn't able to eat much. Its uncomfortable. I would take it off to eat a full meal and put it back on 1-2 hours after eating. It took me one day to adjust to everything else. I was able to workout in this product but I couldn't do high cardio because my lungs didn't have enough room to expand. I'm sure if you start with low impact exercise and work your way up you will be just fine. I was able to do sit-ups. This product was great for my posture and I saw results after consistent use in 1 week. I plan on using this product daily for at least 8 hours a day to train my waist. It really does suck you in about three inches. Just remember it's not a miracle. Diet and excersice in conjunction with the cincher will get you the lasting look that you want :) The last thing I want to add is I have the bra roll pocket of back fat most ladies have. It's not big but annoying. I put my cincher on by putting it on from the top-down. I start under the breast putting the cincher high on my back covering that fat bra pocket as I pull it around. I do this by making sure the cincher is high over the fat as I bring it around. It recduces the back fat spillage. If you have too much back fat you may want to consider purchasing their vest. I will try that one next. I hope this helps.

I love my Waist Cincher by Ann Cherry #2025. I ordered it from the seller Jacule. I was very pleased with the seller and the product. I wear a size medium in blouses and my waist is about a 29 or 29 1/2. I am 5'8 1/2 and weight about 169-174 (my weight shifts). According to the product description, I needed to get a size 36 which is a large and that is exactly what I ordered. A medium which is a 34 would have been way too small and I probably couldn't breathe in it, lol. Don't get me wrong the large is very tight and that is how it should fit. I had trouble getting it on just as I am sure everyone does at first. The quality is great!!! Down below the product information is a description that gives you examples/tips of sizing "saying if your waist is this then get this size." I used that to help me determine what size to get and apparently that is the most accurate. Believe me when it said if your waist is 29 or 30 then you are a 36, I was like huh, but it was right for me and I couldn't imagine starting off with any other size. I am very happy with the product thus far. So remember the product is cut small so don't think you need the smaller size or the size that you wear in blouses. I am glad I didn't get a medium (size 34) which is my blouse size because I am sure I would have had to return it for being too small. Another thing the Cincher looks exactly like the picture so I am glad I ordered from this seller. I hope this review helps!!!!! Another thing I ordered mine Tuesday Dec 23,2014 and it came quicker than it stated. I received it Sat Dec 27,2014. That was rather fast. Another tip if you have back fat, you might want to get the vest because I hear that is supposed to hold all of that in. Otherwise you might see a little back fat at the top especially if you wear a tight blouse. I have very little so mine is pretty unnoticeable.

This review is not meant for people who are dedicated to waist training and simply looking for size advice. Rather, it speaks to those of you who may be on the fence about whether or not to waist train. I was in debate until buying this item. Now my mind is set and will not waver. The verdict is in! I'm 5'5 and 150- which means I'm neither skinny nor fat. Going by the guidelines, I ordered a large which made breathing painful when I fastened just the top clasp.... The bottom was absolutely impossible to bring together. It made me feel like a whale. Not wanting to give up on the concept of a smaller waist, I then ordered an extra large which fit as I've read these trainers should. It was very tight, sucked everything in, and I was able to breath almost as well as if I didn't have it on. My mid section has never taken on this shape- even when I was 30 pounds thinner. It didn't look quite like my body anymore! I was looking into the mirror at a photoshopped version of myself. Parts of my waist had been airbrushed away, and my hips even appeared to be a bit altered. Thirty minutes later I found myself staring at this new midsection in the mirror yet again. I debated on whether to continue down the waist training path or to return this body altering magical thing. Then I realized how ridiculous this is. I'm not perfect, but I look and feel better without this uncomfortable garment contorting my natural shape. I felt the strain on my organs and ribs as this thing squeezed them in. I thought about how this is nothing more than a fad repeating itself, and then struggled with every last clasp until finally able to rip it off of my torso. This fad is one that should have been left in the past. Women are not what we were in the days of girdles. We aren't all meant to look like Barbie, or like the Kardashians. Perhaps it is time for all of us beautiful, unique ladies to stop altering our bodies in unnatural ways that are detrimental to our health.

I ordered mine 3 days ago. I ordered the size based on the Ann Chery size chart. About me: waist: 34 height: 5'6" weight: 170 normal clothing size: medium stomach: I have a gut. Everyone in the reviews seemed significantly smaller than me in weight, and they recommended sizing up (if you're just going by your waist size). So while I thought I should buy a M (34 waist) according to the size chart here on amazon, I went with the Large (36 waist) based on other customer reviews and my measurements on the ann chery size chart. Strangely enough, it was very easy to get in. I started at the bottom (on the first row of hooks). I sat around for an hour then redid the hooks to the tightest possible. I've been wearing it for 6 hours at this point and it's still comfortable. I feel like I could easily fit a Medium. With the waist cincher on, my waist is 31 inches. This has transformed my figure. I'm so "skinny" now. And I have the waist I literally never had. BUY THIS!! My responses to some of the complaints: - back fat. Yes there's back fat and hip fat at the tops and bottoms of the waist cincher. For me, the back fat coming out of the top is smoothed and evened out when I wear a bra. As for the fat coming out of my hips, it's not obvious in a dress nor in pants. - uncomfortable sitting. The cincher does bulge out a bit when I'm sitting, but only when I'm slouching. Otherwise it's no problem. I should mention that I do have a long torso. - smell. I didn't smell any latex on mine. - size. be real with yourself. First, the cincher is going to be tight... it's a cincher. Second, yes it's going to take effort to get into it. This cincher is way smaller than your waist and incredibly strong which is the point because for it to cinch you in so much it has to be able to make you smaller and hold everything in. It's not going to have the same elasticity as a tshirt.
