Pleased to find this untoasted variant at such as an affordable price, as the other 'raw' nori sheets on the market seem to be US imports & accordingly expensive. With Subscribe & Save I received 3 packs, each pack containing 10 separate sheets, each sheet being sufficient for one roll. These do represent good value for money in my opinion. I would say that as a main dish I would serve 2 or even 3 wraps per person. They are pliable and thick enough without being too thick. They can hold a lot of ingredients (see pics). Tip is to lay down a large flat lettuce leaf to act as a liner for other ingredients. I usually add a sloppy pate on top of the leaf, then arrange a large pile of julienned veg & sprouts on top and wrestle it into a roll, and the sheeets can handle it! I would say to roll as soon as possible to serving time, as where I moistened the sheet to seal the roll, the wrap begun to get a bit soggy. Taste: there is a pleasant sea vegetable taste, but not overpoweringly so. I much prefer these in look to the toasted green nori and in taste and of course believe nutrient content may be more favourable. Highly recommended!

I thought this Nori was rectangle so that it was easy to wrap Onigiri just like the photo of their package. But actually it was square, so I have to cut in half to use it for Onigiri every time. This Nori doesn't seasoned, so it's not for Onigiri. It's for Sushi.

I’m currently trying a raw food diet for health reasons and love these nori sheets to make my cauliflower rice raw sushi!
