You order 2 sizes larger than your pant size.

Is the size adjustable?

Yes it is adjustable. Make sure to buy 2 sizes larger than waiste, for example if you normally wear a size 30, you'll need a belt sized to accommodate a size 34, they are adjustable. To properly cut off the non needed amount use a Hot Knife to melt/cut through the materials.

Can the company logo be removed?

No but you can cover it with the elastic velcro band it comes with
