Looks like good bearings
The internal diameter is 16.5 mm, not 17. Unable to install to my bike front hub.

I, too, am uncertain if this is anything other than a "standard" 6093RS bearing.
As another review said, the seals were black and had no markings other than 6093RS. Nothing suggests that it is the hybrid advertised. And it certainly does not feel like a ceramic/hybrid bearing. But it does seem to be, at least, a basic 6093 bearing.
