I spent WEEKS trying to find the right CHROME shower system for a modern spa-inspired master bathroom, and I am so happy to have bought this. I don't personally like rainfall shower heads, but my partner does. I use the handheld as the main shower head, and the pressure is AMAZING. This was tough to find. Also, the rainfall shower head has great pressure as well. I was also looking for a system where both the rainfall and handheld shower heads could be used simultaneously, and this absolutely fits the bill. I would recommend this quality shower head for a clean modern look where one is searching for simultaneous function and good shower pressure.

Wow, best shower combo ever! Switching plumbing works great, great water flow, priced much lower than some other options that we saw at specialty stores that were over $1000. Would definitely recommend!

Looks great and works great. Has been installed for some months now and is doing great. The only drawback is the rain head adjustment does not allow for it to point straight down as it is angled slightly out when in the flat most position. All other functions and positions work great.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I like that you can have the overhead and hand held shower heads on simultaneously if wanted.

This shower system exceeded my expectations. The rainfall shower head is huge and feels amazing, and the slide bar is adjustable and sturdy. The matte black finish looks modern and upscale, and everything from install to use has been smooth. Great value for the full set including valve and trim!

The slider bar for the hand held showerhead broke off the wall two weeks after we installed it. It is beautiful but not very well made. So Awesome!. I love that you don't have to reset the tempature when you turn it on. The rain shower is large enough that you have lots of room to move. The hand held is mounted on the wall rather than on the shower head. So many of the ones available have the hand held portion mounted to the main shower head.

We bought this product for a summer cabin last year. Looks like a quality product and well made. Installed it in the shower and very nice to use. At the end of summer we drain our water system for the winter. When we started the water this year and tried the shower the centre valve leaked. I tried to reach out to Shower System, (SR SUN RISE 3-Function Round Shower Faucet with Adjustable Shower Slide Bar and 6-Setting Handheld Shower Head, 12 Inch Wall Mounted Shower Set with Valve for Bathroom, Matte Black) seller and finally got a response. There rep Sofia finally answered my inquiry and asked for a video of the problem. Sent in the video and haven't heard from SR Sun Rise Sofia since. The product seems real well made but no fixes if problems do appear so I now rate this as a zero. I finally have contact with a company rep Jarry. They have a fix (change centre valve cartridge) and after I do it and it works I will update this to the five. Thank You Jarry. Finally got the cartridge. I now rate this as 5 even though I will have to remove the cartridge every year to keep it from freezing. Every thing else seems top quality.

I love the rain shower, very comfortable. Surprisingly large shower head but still looks good and not comically large. The water pressure from both heads is good. Some good features: - you can use both the rain shower head and the hand-held at the same time which was something I struggled to find in similar shower systems (that weren't over-priced). - When you set a temperature you can just leave it there and next time you turn it on it will be at the same temperature (after warming up). - The hand-held is vertically adjustable and can be angled for use without holding it. Overall very pleased with the purchase and from my research this is one of the most cost-effective solutions while having the above important features.

100/10 recommend this! It feels so high end and the pressure is amazing from the rain head. Also so nice that you can have the wand and the rain head on at the same time.

It came very well packaged product is of very. Good quality and looks far more expensive water.pressure is great and controls are very easy to use it's installed.for a year now and a minor issue was addressed by a very helpful customer service representative I am waiting for the part.overall great product for a good price!

For the price of a complete shower unit with a wand and rail this unit is the real deal folks. When you get this baby you will see excellent packaging (stealth) with instructions that are very clear, and everything about this is openly ready with support. I haven't yet hooked mine up because of where I am in my reno but am excited and look forward to a finished product.
