Loved this product. It actually works. The amount if sweat it creates from just one work out is crazzyyyyyy. I wewe it over my gym clothes as I've got sensitive skin. It's really flexible aswel so one size will fit all. Ifs comfortable and soft. I put mine in the washing machine on a handwash setting and it has not affected it at all. Will recommend this if you are serious about trimming down your waist. You have to wear it while working out or else it dont work.

I was a bit sceptical about the sweet sweat belt having seen it modelled by a 'fitness trainer' from Instagram. However, I had hit a plateau in my workouts and I am also someone who doesn't sweat a lot unless I'm doing Insanity. I wore this belt whilst doing Insanity around my waist and I found it, alongside the sweet sweat stick which I applied on my stomach and lower back, to be really effective. There was plenty of sweat and using this alongside 5 days of Insanity in one week, and some good eating I managed to burn 4lb in one week. My only con would be the fit. No matter how tightly I pull it round my waist it doesn't fit like a glove around my body. This is a very minor con for me personally but if they could improve one thing it would just be to make the belt more elastic/flexible so it could just wrap around the body with no movement.

It is a very good product for lost weight. It is very comfortable, I wear it when I do exercise. For clean I just let to dry by himself. It is value for money if you want to lose belly fat this waist trainer because it makes you sweat more than we can sweat without it

I have to return this, it didn’t fit as how I expected it to, it flimsy, and easily rolls down, no back support because it’s too thin, it needs to be thicker and firm to support the back x

It’s like you are in an actual sauna! Like you all I’m almost always disappointed in what a product actually does as opposed to what it says it does. Even w/o the sweet sweat my abdomen is sweating like crazy! This sauna belt actually fits a women's curves!!! And fists the whole tummy, not just the top like most belts! And the extra straps snatch that waist!!!! Ladies if your trying to get fit like I am this is what you need to shed the excess water weight we all hold.

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habe Ich verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles darein Wenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr viel Bei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nicht Ich habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. Eine 10/10 was das Produkt angeht
