Ticks all my boxes for hot chocolate. I don't find I need nearly as much per cup as is recommended on the package, though true chocolate lovers may enjoy that level of decadence. For me, though, it's more than 13 servings per container, all delicious.

Interesting states vegan but you have to add milk :) Good quality , taste and texture. It is not sweet if that's what you were looking for

This chocolate has a low amount of sugar, higher fiber and protein which is why I selected it compared to many other brands. This is plenty sweet for me Which is why I wanted dark chocolate. Standard cacao mix is way too sweet. You can use water or milk. The milk is better because the texture feels a little thicker.

I prefer very dark chocolate anything. I do make my own hot chocolate at home where I warm up the milk on the stove and then melt unsweetened chocolate into it and add just a bit of sugar. I find most mixes are way too sweet and way too milky. Was excited to find this one. I do like it in that the cocoa melts very nicely into the milk. Does have a dark chocolate flavor. I still find it a bit sweeter than the stuff I usually make but this also saves me a tremendous amount of time so if I'm in a hurry this is a good choice. It is expensive. I make 20 oz mugs at a time so I'm getting about five mugs out of this single canister. Still cheaper than if I tried to buy hot chocolate at one of those fancy coffee places and I can do it quickly at home. Ingredients are only cocoa and sugar. Not sure what they've done to the cocoa because I have tried to just mix plain cocoa into hot milk before and it doesn't mix very nicely. This mixes very well.
