Very pigmented

Este no tiene delineador no hay nada adentro
Este producto no me salió como yo esperaba al primer uso se terminó el pedacito de punta q tenía y no sirve para sacarle punta no tiene nada adentro . Me podría informar q pasó ?

Makes my eyes really pop!
I really like how bold the black gel eyeliner is! It glides on so smooth! If you squish your eyes immediately after applying though it will transfer to your top lid and you will have to wipe the lid off. It is however worth it because it really makes my eyes pop! I put a thick line on at too eyelash line then I put it on my bottom inner waterline and I get ALOT of complements on my eyes now! However I only pay $1.97 for it at Walmart! I gave 4 starts ONLY because of the transfer to top lid.. of not for that it would definitely have 5 stars! I LOVE this eyeliner!
