I've been using this for several months now and it has really helped with perimenopausal symptoms of irritability/rage. I just feel much more balanced and in control. I felt the benefits the first month I started taking it.

I use quite a few ayurvedic supplements and changed to this a few months ago and it seems to be more effective than my previous brand which wasn't organic, I was worried about pesticides which can make me feel very ill possibly lurking in my other brand. Since changing to this I've had no issues but a noticeable reduction in unwanted menstrual cycle symptoms so I think the strength and absorption is better with this. Capsules are easy to swallow. This comes in a glass bottle which is better all round environmentally

Good product supplement for women with hormones issues or lacking strength and stamina.

I was taking them for two months and felt great, my oms was gone, periods were not bad, had a cramps but managed to survive without painkillers (usually they are horrible, painful) Then I run out of them and decided to have a rest from them for a month, omg, pms was back as bad, periods were horrible I had proper depression because of this. I bought them again and feel great, I do believe they help to balance hormones.

I had messed up cycles, twice a month or super heavy . After taking Shatavari It regulated straight away. I had no problems for year after taking course .

This is an excellent product and does its job well.

Finished the whole thing and felt/saw no difference. Maybe you need to chug down several bottles before anything happens.
