My boy loves superheroes (nothing to do with me.... honest...) and this is a nice introduction iron man to read together. Runs through who iron man is and a few enemies. I'm surprised that it is original artwork rather than reproduced comic panels and it shows occasionally! My 3 year old loves it

The book is everything that an early years reader who enjoys Marvel will love. My little boy is still at nursery and has these read to him at bed time. With colourful pictures, it provides the right type of text and simple story for non or early readers. Hard cover with paper pages, it will also last well.

Son like this but he would like it more if it was a storey. It is just an explanation of who iron man is.

Wanted to purchase a book for my sons reading pocket pillow. Price was very good so I am happy and my Grandson is happy with his new book

Being a "hardcover" book, I mistakenly thought this was going to be like an annual type...it isn't. Its tiny. About 6"x7" and has 24 pages back and front. It has a strange design for the book in that it doesn't open flat, so you have to bend the pages on each page. Nice illustrations though. That said, it was a nice intro to Iron man for small children, mine is 3.5years and loves it. Its not a story as such, just tells you facts about him. Which is fine as that age you can still make up stories and they are none the wiser.

My 4.5-year-old son loves Little Golden Books with super heroes and doesn't get tired of them! They are really just descriptions of the heroes rather than stories, but my son doesn't seem to mind. I would recommend it if your little one is into these characters.

Iron Man is shown in various costumes in various media, both visual and print, and adds to the mystery of this Scientist who lives well in his "civilian" role as well. His control of a Group of Super-Heroes and his creation of additional ones sparks the imagination of readers of this genre.
