Beyond Expectations!
This review is for the following: iSpring RCC1UP-AK 100 GPD 7-Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filtration System with Boost Pump, Alkaline Remineralization, UV Filter, and Top-Mounted Faucet; purchased 8 Jul 25, installed 17 Jul 25. iSpring WGB32B-KDS 3-Stage Whole House Water Filter with a 1st Stage Anti-Scale Water Filter, 2nd Stage GAC+KDF Heavy Metal Reducing Filter, and a 3rd stage Carbon Block Filter; purchased 20 Jul 25, installed 27 Jul 25. iSpring WSPSL-ARJ-BP Spin Down Sediment Water Filter with Siliphos and Touch-Screen Auto Flushing; purchased 20 Jul 25, installed 27 Jul 25. I wanted to install a drinking water filtration system for several years but never had the time to do it. Now that I’m retired, I decided it was time to finally get it done. Our city water source in Alaska meets “approved” levels for water quality, but always has a sulfur smell, and scaling is also a problem. To add to our concerns, we often get sediment when we have earthquakes near our area. I spent a great deal of time reviewing various filtration systems on the internet and Amazon to find the best fit for my needs. Though there are many good systems out there, I chose iSpring because they offered the best options and had the best reviews for filtration systems and customer support. I first purchased and installed the RCC1UP-AK 7-Stage RO/UV drinking water filtration system thinking that was all I wanted. I mounted it in my basement crawl space underneath the refrigerator because of the ease of running wiring for an electrical GFCI receptacle from my garage circuit breaker panel to power the booster pump and UV filter, and because of the way my PEX piping is routed. I’m very qualified to perform this type of work but wouldn’t recommend someone doing the same if not knowledgeable and qualified, that includes splicing in valves and connectors for PEX tubing and installing the filtration system, not to mention any electrical work. It took me two days to get everything installed from running a feed line for the drinking water sink faucet, creating a filter bypass line, splicing into the refrigerator ice maker/drinking water line, running an electrical circuit, and mounting and activating the new RO/UV filtration system. To say my wife and I are pleased with the quality of the drinking water we are getting from our new filtration system would be an understatement. Whether we get the drinking water chilled from the refrigerator faucet or from the new sink faucet, the RO/UV filtered water tastes outstandingly fresh and pure. And the bonus of having the sink drinking faucet is we can now wash our fruits and vegetables in purified water! Should anyone want to know, the TDS readings for our unfiltered water supply runs around 250ppm, but coming from the RO/UV filter, it drops to 12ppm. Because of how well the RO/UV filtration system works, and because we still have the problem of the sulfur smell, scaling, and earthquake caused sediment coming out of the rest of the house faucets, I decided to purchase and install a Whole House Filtration System. Again, I went with iSpring for the same reasons I installed the RO/UV Filtration System. However, I decided to go with their ultimate filters for the 3 stage Filtration System and the Spin-Down Sediment Filter. Again, I installed the system in the crawl space, but next to the water supply entrance and extended the electrical circuit for a second GFCI receptacle to power the Sediment Filter Auto Flush. This time, it took me 4 days to complete the job because I took advantage of the incoming water shutoff to splice in SharkBite Max cold/hot water valves to every feeder line in the house for individual isolation. What a difference having a Whole House Filtration System has made to the quality of our water. It has been just over a week since it went on-line, and the results have been absolutely incredible. We no longer have the sulfur smell, and scaling is completely gone. We haven’t had any local earthquakes yet, but I’m certain we won’t have a sediment problem either. I can also comment on iSpring’s customer service. I took advantage of their free 3-year warranty extension by registering the products on their website. I’m not going to say it was easy to input the information on their support page because it doesn’t seem to function very well. It took me at least 3 tries for each of the Filtration Systems because the website kept giving errors and locking up, but perseverance prevailed, and I was finally able to register all three systems. It didn’t take but a day to hear back from Sean and Nick respectively to let me know that my 3-year warranties have been activated. Though I didn’t speak to them directly, I’m certain I would be very happy talking with them to help me with any issues I might have. Other reviews mention how helpful customer service personnel are or have been and I can believe it. Bottom line, I highly recommend iSpring Filtration Systems for your drinking and/or whole house filter needs. You won’t be sorry! And check out the attached photos to get an idea of my installation.

Quality Product that's easy to install and works well enough to pay for itself by extending the life of your cartridge filters!
This is a surprisingly "beefy" little unit - heavy duty glass container with heavy brass top and well constructed filter which is fairly easy to clean. Simple and straight-forward installation which was quite easy (they even provided some Teflon Tape!). Overall, I'm very impressed with this unit so far and will buy another for my camp house assuming I've encountered no problems after 3 months constant use (only been 40 days since I installed this). I installed this unit ahead of my cartridge filters and there is no doubt in my mind that it will significantly extend their life based on the amount of contaminants/sediment it has already prevented from reaching them - UGH!!!. I purchased the unit with the "Siliphos" filter because I have EXTREMELY hard water and the "Siliphos balls" inside the filter are supposed to help reduce hardness. I can't honestly say just yet how effective they are in reducing hardness and scale because I believe this might take some time to truly be effective. I'll update this aspect of my review after 90 days or so use. My only complaint with this unit is that I wish a mounting bracket were included or at least available for purchase to support it. There's no issue if you are installing it in rigid piping of any kind that is properly supported on either side of this unit BUT if that is not the case and one or both sides are connected to flex piping, the installation doesn't appear as neat and professional. I've not experienced any leaks so far, but it is a concern in the back of my mind over time as the piping is already sagging and I'm trying to determine the best way to support it (ie; can't strap pipe directly to the wall because you need room around the filter to be able to use the supplied wrench to remove the filter canister. I'll add some photos of my solution for this (assuming I find one).

Great customer support.
I installed this spin-down filter to replace the regular smaller spin down filter on my main water line and I’m very impressed with the results. The construction feels solid, the clear housing makes it easy to monitor sediment buildup, and flushing the filter takes only a few seconds if you do it manually, if not you have the peace of mind it will do it automatically. I ordered it with the 100 micron by mistake and contacted Nick with customer support and he gave me a few ideas on how to install my system for better results and offered to send me the 200microns free of charge. Excellent customer support and excellent quality on the filter. Highly recommended for anyone needing a filter system. Especially for their great customer support.

Good but slow drip
Leaks occasionally at the drain port. The nipple/spout is loose and this is how it is designed. I have purchased 2 over the past few years. Overall I am pleased with the product and use it along side their other filters for my home well system.

Big results in a small space!
This is a fantastic “pre-filter” to remove sediment from my well. I purchased the 50 micron but it was clogging far too often and I had a significant drop in water pressure. I called the seller/manufacturer and spoke with Nick. He was extremely helpful and actually sent me a 100 micron filter to try for free! So far, so good! I see some other reviews mention leaking and difficulty with the teflon tape but I didn’t have any problems like those at all! The unit takes next to no space and is filtering sediment as intended! Highly recommended!

Francis from iSpring helped
I purchased an iSpring whole house water filter system last year. It was installed by a local plumber and it's easy to maintain. I like the fact that clean water is available throughout my house so I can use it to drink and for cooking straight from the faucet. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a water filter system. Francis helped me register my system for future reference.

Good product, check your sizes though.

Bought this as the first stage of a whole home filter unit, this is primarily just to keep large particles from getting into my water softener and it works well. I did not notice any pressure drop when using it on 3/4” copper mainline into my house and it does build up with scale etc that comes in m[from my utility. I like it.
