Skin, Nails & Hair Tablets, 60 Count

I bought this in Europe and started using it and notice that my hair started to grow. I lost a lot of hair 85% due to weight loss and its been over a year for my hair to start growing. My nephew being a pharmacist recommended it while I was on vacation in Europe and I saw a difference and it works but you have to give it at least 4weeks to notice hairs growing. I kept getting it shipped from home but then I noticed its here on Amazon and I jumped. Great price and great product I do recommend it ☺ Only one little problem is that pills are huge "horse pills" but, I do break them in half and take them that way. Enjoy

I always used to buy supplements for my nails and hair in common places like CVS or Walgreens because my nails are very thin and soft and I had problems with my hear too. But those vitamins from there even though were expensive never worked out for me. Since when my friend recommended Solgar to me and I started to use them I could see the difference for both my nails and hair. Now I am ordering my second bottle. Trust me it’s worth it.

I tried a few other supplements before I bought this one and saw really no results at all. It has not been quite long enough as I have not gone through the bottle but I do see some improvement. My hair and nails do seem to be improving. It is so hard to measure to know for sure but my nails are less brittle, and I can see a ridge where the new growth is thicker than the nail was. Tried to take some photos of my fingernails and they are posted but kinda difficult to take photos of my own hands lol. I should have taken some before photos also but did not but I can tell the difference. I have also not seen my "roots".

What's to love about a food supplement? Well, it does what it is responsible for my fingernails regrowing in normally after they had a reaction to some nail polish and were a MESS. They cracked easily, tore easily, were soft and wouldn't grow in without ripping right away. With this product, they grew in healthier than they were before. I can't claim that I saw any difference in my hair or skin, both of which are in good to excellent condition, so I just may not have noticed a difference because my skin and hair need no help, but my nails sure did. Excellent product whose results I could see.

I can’t ingest BIOTIN, So this was great alternative for me. My nails grow super fast now and I have seen a difference in my hair as well. It’s getting longer. I also love the price of the vitamins. Definitely a plus.

I've been using "Solgar, Skin Hair and Nails supplement", for several years now. I started taking it, because I felt that my hair was thinning. I've always had fine hair but, it lots of it. I am really pleased that my hair is much better now, no sign of my scalp showing through when I look in the mirror!! As with any supplements, there are no quick results, (and I do eat very healthily too). But I'll definitely keep buying this supplement. Many thanks!
